Monthly Rentals in Mineville

This new place is perfect for a group of four to six. The three bedrooms are private, yet the common room and kitchen is conducive for group activities. Having laundry machines in the apartment is a great perk for anyone staying for a week. I suppose it depends on your personal interests, but we loved having the Tavern downstairs. You could easily eat there every night and have some good beverages with your high-quality meal. The live music (weekend stay) was awesome and it made the atmosphere festive. The hosts are very responsive and work hard to make sure your stay meets your expectations. They provide simple amenities like a Keurig Machine with K-cups and prepared ice in the freezer. There are cleaning supplies as needed. AC worked well. The location is top rated for proximity to Lake Champlain, Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, Ticonderoga, and many other day trips.

Working with Scott on my stay was such a pleasure. Unfortunately I had to cancel at the very last minute due to family illness but he was gracious and I hope to re-book again as I'm keen to climb more of the gorgeous High Peaks!

Wasn't the best weather but enjoyed our peaceful relaxing stay. Nothing better than unplugging and chilling by a fire with no electronics. Brenda is great and checks in on us to see if everything is good.

Ronnie and her husband were great hosts, very kind throughout our stay. We even bumped into them a few times in the community and it was very nice to see friendly faces. I noticed immediately how much care was put into making the place comfortable and usable for all who stayed. We ended up going outside most of the time to attend local events, but could have been happy to spend the weekend on the property!
