Marcela was an AMAZING host!!!…The cottage was beautiful inside and out!..All of the amenities were there.The area was very relaxing and quiet and the bed was so comfortable!..I totally recommend this beautiful cottage and get ready to enjoy yourself!!..I will most definitely stay twice a year!!!

Neil and Terri’s place is clean, quiet, and well stocked with needed essentials. My friend and I stayed here for over a month and could not have asked for a better experience. Neil and Terri even made a trip over to meet us and they were so nice!

This two bedroom home was very clean and comfortable. We were only a couple of miles from my daughter’s home so the location was a big plus. Loved the heater in the bathroom for showering. We didn’t cook much, but very well equipped kitchen for those who would want to. Receiving info and check in and out procedures were very easy. Communication with the owner was great and there is a property manager on site should you have any issues.

This place was gorgeous, just like the pictures! It feels like staying in a home on HGTV or something, it's so beautiful. We had an issue due to unprecdented cold weather where the pipes from the shower froze and so we couldn't take a shower. It took a bit to get fixed, but they had a handyman out ASAP and were communicative about what they were trying. They finally put a heater in the crawl space under the house and that unfroze the pipes. We love visiting family in Greeneville and we will definitely stay here again!
