Awesome modern place away from busy Broadway but still close that you are only 10 minutes from anything you want to do. Shannon was outstanding, very attentive and responsive. Did not have any issues during our stay. There was even coffee in the kitchen. It was great to be able to sit out on the balcony early in the morning with a hot cup of joe! Thank you for a wonderful time, and we'll be looking to rebook next time!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here and highly recommend it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with floor to ceiling windows, great view, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I each had our own TV. 😁 Location can’t be beat with great restaurants and museum within walking distance. The pool area and rooftop deck are amazing! Covered free parking and Whole Foods attached. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful space!

I initially booked for a couple of months and extended my stay by five more months. Living here has been an absolute blessing. The neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful trees and is home to a variety of birds. The sunsets and sunrises here are simply breathtaking. The place itself is incredibly convenient and comfortable. Angie, our host, is an amazing person who was always responsive and helpful. The neighbors are also fantastic people. Missing this place already :)

We loved our stay at Kristen's place! It was very clean, so cute, exactly as described, and Kristen went out of her way with the every little detail. It had everything we needed and more. It was in a great location! Super easy to find, and the instructions were very clear and helpful. Kristen is probably my favorite host I've ever had. She was always available with any questions I had and so sweet and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend. 🥰
