Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Located in a terrific neighborhood with 1920s bungalow homes and sidewalks, this private APARTMENT has a light-filled sunroom. French doors with frosted glass lead into a bedroom and bath. There is a VERY small kitchen with everything you need. Located very close to Vanderbilt, Belmont, Music Row and Hillsboro Village, and convenient to Interstate 440 and a city bus stop, you are a short drive from downtown-10 mins. Very cute, quaint place. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
