Townhome holiday rentals in Midtown, Nashville

Second time staying at Diane's place. We enjoying staying at this Airbnb because it is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect for us as it is near family that live in Tennessee.

Great house for a great price. Brandi was very quick to answer a question I had. Would love to stay at the same place when we come back.

Guy was a great host! He was proactive and responsive; provided helpful and timely information. The unit was amply stocked with needed supplies. Guy was also extremely helpful after someone in our party left something valuable in the unit. We would be happy to book the unit again if we are back in the area.

Aaron was the man. Sent me my wallet when I left it. Had great recs as well. Cool guy.

I had a convention at Music City Center and the place was perfect for our stay. It was a 5 minute Uber ride to the convention. There is so many wonderful eating places and night life all within walking distance. The home was clean and exceeded our expectations beyond measure. When we come back we will be booking this location.

Outstanding job David! I was impressed with David’s communication from beginning to end. He is a consummate professional! The townhouse was very clean and had everything that my friends and I needed. The area was nice and quiet and was 2 miles from downtown. My friends and I were all in agreement that we will use David’s townhouse again. I am a 27 year retired military veteran, and I was impressed with David’s attention to detail. Jennifer’s townhome was wonderful! We were in Nashville for a long weekend for the two night Metallica concert. The home had everything we needed and felt like home. OpryMills is just a few minute drive and getting downtown for the concert was easy and a quick drive as well. Next time we go to Nashville, we will definitely reserve Jennifer’s home again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

It was a girls weekend… We all met up for the Billy Idol/Joan Jett concert. It was the perfect place for us three ladies. We each had our own bed, we had plenty of space and it was a quick drive to downtown. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, private parking. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. Check-in was extremely simple and straightforward and the instructions were clear and easily understood. The home was really nice. Very clean and modern and stocked with all the necessities. Location is very close to downtown with lots of food options within a short drive. Andrew was extremely responsive and made it very easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful townhome with just about everything we needed. We cooked many of our meals during our stay. Wifi was fast which was great when I needed to hop on a work call. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out when needed. There were lots of cute places to walk to which made it very convenient to grab a quick bite when needed. I would highly recommend this area for anyone who prefers to be on the outskirts of Nashville.

This place was SO nice! Looked exactly like the pictures but more spacious. It was super clean! Thoughtful snacks were provided and a book full of information was also set out on the counter. We also loved that we could park in the garage!

My group needed a place for the night in Nashville and we found a great spot with this Airbnb. It had 6 comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out across 3 floors. The location was convenient for getting around with downtown, restaurants, and anything else we needed only a short drive away, including the airport. The neighborhood felt safe, and had plenty of parking, and the host communicated well and checked in on us. 5 stars!

Our hosts were very responsive to our needs. Bad weather caused our event to be postponed and Dorinda was quickly able to help with absolutely no notice and without any problems! This place exceeded all expectations. Also this place is located in an easily accessible location in close proximity to downtown area. Definitely recommend!! FC Carlsbad NM

Super cute place! Very convenient to downtown, most of our Ubers were under $10. This area is definitely in “transition,” so keep that in mind. There are quite a few abandoned buildings, homeless, and some sketchy areas. Nothing happened to us during our stay, but I definitely wouldn’t walk around at night. Some of the gas stations were a little sketch and absolutely do not go to the closest Walmart! This isn’t necessarily Mikes fault because I did not do research on the area, but in a few years I think it will be much better! I would just consider cost and convenience vs. safety and security. Everything else about the house we really enjoyed!

Beautiful clean townhouse with a lovely and responsive host located in a quiet gated community. The place was modern with like new features in every room. Clear check in and out communication. Lovely features such as outdoor swing chairs and complimentary coffee. This place was beautiful and felt like home for my family of 3. ! Highly recommend!

Had to find last minute accomodations in Nashville and so glad our group found this place. A hub of restaurants nearby and not to far from all of the festivities on Broadway. Highly recommend Ashley's unit for a group traveling to Nashville. She was very communicative, welcoming and provided clear and very helpful directions on finding the place. Will definitely be booking with her again when I'm back in Nashville!

Great home! Very beautifully decorated and kept very nice! We wanted to stay near the city and it was a great price point for what you got. The private backyard was awesome for our pup and the place was just great! The small corner the neighborhood was in was quiet and simple. Would recommend if traveling through or staying near the city but wanted some quiet home for the night!

Linda’s place was perfect..great location from the city quick 8 min uber ride. We got in earlier than expected and Linda was kind enough to give us an earlier check in. I will definitely stay here again

We had a lovely time. The condo was beautiful. It had a nice open living room, that was great. The Agave restaurant down the street has the best quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life! John recommended them and he couldn’t have been more accurate. John was also very quick to respond from the moment I booked the airbnb. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Nashville, especially if you need a location very close to the airport!
