Monthly Rentals in Middletown

This was a perfect space for myself and three friends! We were in town for a wedding and wanted a space that accommodated all of us and was close to the venue. It was a great spot with lots of space! The description matched what we received and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area.

Very clean place and a very kind and helpful owner!

I was looking for a place very close to my family and this was it! No to far from anything if you could need from groceries. Shopping or even going for a jog during your stay. Smith park literally dead ends on the road and watching the Skydivers from the backyard was amazing! Nicole was very responsive. Very kind, sweet, humble and outgoing! Everything you think you need for a stay, was there inside the home. Ample towels and linens and the backyard was stunning!

This place is a great stay. It’s clean and close to coffee shops/restaurants to checkout! It’s a perfect spot for any hospital workers as it’s close to Miami valley hospital.
