Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Middletown

This is a wonderful location as you can walk to beautiful parks and trails - if you like to walk and love nature, this is the place! We were visiting family but spent a lot of time walking to the nearby parks. It was beautiful and we felt very safe in the friendly neighborhood. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and as pictured in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at Grant and Rachel’s during a lacrosse tournament. Easy walk to downtown Lebanon and ten minutes from the tournament location. They provided us with very clear instructions regarding check in and parking. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of linens and towels exactly where the instructions said they would be. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the place. Beds were very comfortable, including trundle and sofa bed. Very clean. We appreciated the camp chairs in the laundry room as we forgot to bring ours. We would definitely stay again.

This was the second time we've stayed here and we'll likely be back. We love visiting! It's perfect for a quick weekend trip. The airbnb has everything you could need, it's conveniently located, perfect spot next to a park, and great for the dogs. Kristin was extremely responsive and flexible with our accommodations. We're looking forward to our next stay!

I booked this to surprise my parents for their wedding anniversary and they LOVED this airbnb! They raved about how nice, clean, decorated, and comfy this house was! Such a good find!

We had a great stay here! Jeff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The home was just as described and was clean and well stocked with little extras that were helpful and a nice treat (coffee pods and creamers, shampoo/conditioner in the shower, dog bowls, trash bags, etc.). Good location close to the highway but also felt very peaceful outside with the country view from the home. Would highly recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

My stay was fantastic! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and even better in person. The only downside was the location. It’s situated on a very busy main road, which made it difficult to use the front door. We ended up accessing the house through the garage instead. That said, it was still a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely book again!

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

Eclectic and cozy 2nd floor walk up in OTR. Great location - close to restaurants, bars, and easy walk to Findlay Market, breweries, and more.

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Great place to stay in Cincinnati. It was a super easy walk to the nightlife in Over the Rhine. Very nice building and amenities. The free secured and assigned parking was a HUGE perk after finding out how much my friends had to pay for parking a couple blocks away at a hotel and public garage. Spots are large enough for pickups and SUVs.

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Thank you!

Great place and location for a golf trip

Jennifer’s place was great! The house was very clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family would happily stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again, given the opportunity to. If I were to nitpick ever so slightly, there was an odd, somewhat off putting odor that we could never nail down that we noticed when we first walked in, but it seemed to either dissipate after the first day, or we went nose blind to it. The other thing was that the kitchen sink was quite dirty with what looked like dog hair and other debris in it when we arrived. It wasn't a big deal, but it did call into question how thorough the cleaning had been in the rest of the house. That said, the beds and the bathroom seemed to be nice and clean from everything we saw. The rooms got a little warm at night, since the only air con was in the living room, so that might get a bit more stuffy in full summer, but we were adequately comfortable for the beginning of June.

This is a nice place. It’s close to the river, although river access is somewhat limited because of the denseness of the vegetation. The Little Miami trail runs right past the front door. The eating/living area is on the second floor which puts one right up in the trees, alongside the birds and providing great views. The inside of the house is pretty and modern. Upstairs there is no shower, per se, but a walk-in tub with a handheld shower wand. TV trays serve as a dining room table, and having dinner up against the full length windows to the outside can be delightful. On the outside greenery surrounds three sides, while on the fourth side is a Bar & Grill. It’s rather nice and it’s across the road and across the trail so it’s not too close. One can hear music in the evening, but not inside the house. If we are in the area again we would be happy to go back. Lindsey is a great host.

Charming, quaint bungalow as described and just off the center of town square. Walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. Phenomenal location in Germantown with easy access in to Dayton. Will ABSOLUTELY look to stay here again when I return to the area! Kristian quick to respond to questions and inquiries.
