The place was beautiful! The pool and rooftop were great amenities. Walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants close by. Claudio was very responsive and friendly. Overall amazing visit, definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home in Mexico, and it was excellent. We were here on business, and staying at the house truly made the trip enjoyable, offering a comfortable retreat after long days. Everything was great, with no issues. The view from the home is absolutely amazing. Communication with the owners was excellent – always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home and look forward to our third visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location felt very safe and gave us peace of mind throughout our visit. The house itself was much more spacious than it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and having access to a garage was a great convenience. The washer was also a much-appreciated amenity during our stay. The real highlight was the beautifully curated backyard—perfect for a relaxing by the pool. It was peaceful, private, and clearly designed with comfort in mind. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a unique life experience. Stop deliberating and book the place! As others have mentioned it is even cooler in person; the architectural details never end from the pass through views an unique portals to the minute details like the floating shelf off the back of the bed with hidden outlet to charge your device to the perfectly aligned infinity pool. If you geek out on features check out the scribed cut outs for the trash cans. Mario and the whole crew make planning your whole vacation seamless from walkable caught and cooked fish delivered on platters to your table to easily booked excursions (we opted for a private 7 bays tour and snorkeling for our kids). We would return in a heartbeat. The one caveat? The bugs come out at night and this is a natural world experience so don’t expect to be sealed off from the bugs and surf sounds. The mosquito nets and screens worked exceptionally well, but if you are chilling for the sunset the bugs will join. For us, this was no issue.

The main area is completely open (no windows), allowing you to enjoy the wind and sea breeze. We loved it—especially with the fantastic weather. The kitchen is well-equipped. My only comment is that the skillets and pots are quite worn, and the stove could use an upgrade. That said, there’s a large fridge and freezer, a washing machine, and everything else you might need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the small beach below was a wonderful bonus—secluded and private. My family and I absolutely loved the house!

Staying at Greg’s home was an absolute delight. The property beautifully marries traditional Yucatecan architecture with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The high ceilings and colorful tilework reflect the region’s rich heritage, while the thoughtfully curated furnishings add a touch of contemporary elegance.  One of the standout features is the lush courtyard, which offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant greenery, became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the rooms are spacious and airy, with ample natural light filtering through the large windows. Greg was an exceptional host—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations to enhance our stay. The home’s location on Calle 75 is ideal, placing us within walking distance of Mérida’s historic centro, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.

Carlos is very kind and attentive to your questions. The only thing is that in your area there is a lot of noise in the mornings (if you are a light sleeper, it doesn't help). The bed is a double. If you go to events near there, it's ideal, if you go to walk around the center or get to know the city, it's far away. Everything is very clean.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. It was incredible, the bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

The apartment was as described near the main pedestrian area of Playa del Carmen. As Jorge described, noise-sensitive people will not be happy with the location. There are 2 pubs in the street where people party. It didn't bother us. Staff is friendly. The kitchen is equipped for the essentials. A few sharp knives and control of the pans would be necessary. No oven, only microwave. A clean sponge, a clean cloth and a dish towel should be standard. Bed is good. We felt comfortable and the value for money is excellent . thx for the Host

It is an accommodation with plenty of places around, food, shops, super, very well located and safe

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

A quiet, beautiful place with the decorations of both the bedroom and the entire garden. They are always friendly and from the arrival everything was very good. I highly recommend it. Close to the lighthouse and a few steps from food places. Everything was very good

Very nice and comfertable stay. The communication is excellent and the property just as described. La Paz and particilar this property is also a very safe place to stay.

Very impressed with our stay, the room and view was beautiful!!! Will definitely choose to book this room again if and when we return to Cabo! We loved having a nearby grocery store open 24 hours and multiple pools with one being heated. The patio was large, the decor and furniture were very nice. The host was helpful and we are so happy to have chosen Luis for our airbnb booking.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Great place. Nicely updated with direct access to the sand. Close to all the action, yet quietly removed from it at the same time. Excellent communication.
