Apartment holiday rentals in Mexico

Mami's condo at 301 Riva, Cancun was really incredible. Located in a very upscale, private neighborhood, with the mall and restaurants 200 meters away. The Condo was quiet, spacious with beautiful views overlooking the harbor and ocean. Mami was always responsive to our needs within 10-30 minutes max. Hope to stay there again next year.

Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

Perfect location within Roma Norte, easily walkable to wider Roma and Condesa. Super quiet place which was appreciated as we could escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The shower is a little tired and it was a little tricky to maintain the temperature. But this didn't effect our stay. Ian was a great host and kindly let us keep our bags at his place for the day as we had a late flight, this was really appreciated :)

LOVED staying at here! Very nice neighborhood, super walkable, great cafes/bars/restaurants in the area. Solana was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book in the future!

Marco was a wonderful host! He was there everyday, gave us a whole walk through of the place it looked exactly like the pictures! Even when our toilet unexpectedly stopped working(at no fault of anyone) Marco was very attentive , gave us an alternative facility to use while it was down and fixed it quickly the next day. We appreciate how helpful and hospitable everyone was!

What a fantastic start to our Mexico trip! The apartment was luxurious, spacious, and clean, and the beds were very high quality. The space is just perfect for 2 couples. The apartment has its own balcony with comfy furniture, always nice in a big city, and the building has a spacious shared rooftop space with nice views. A convenient Walmart Express is less than a block away for essentials, but the neighborhood of La Condesa is chock full of great cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants, all within very easy walking distance. We walked easily to Chapultepec Park and all its museums and attractions and other major sights. For those traveling to Mexico City for the first time, be aware that it’s one of the largest cities in the world with traffic and noise pollution to match, much like visiting New York City. Ear plugs are nice for sleeping, but the back bedroom is definitely quieter. Begoña was a FANTASTIC host! Responsive, reliable, friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us!

Great little spot in a developing area of Tulum. We were worried about possible construction noise but did not experience any during our stay. Careful about hot water running out if multiple people are needing to shower. Otherwise, beautiful home, comfortable bed/couch, and excellent rooftop pool. Thank you!

This was a very unique experience with a great host. Any questions we had she responded quickly. The jungle area was definitely secluded and rustic. You need to make sure you have a vehicle to get there and get around town but there's also a really amazing spa and yoga retreat hotel walking distance that I was able to enjoy a massage and Yoga. Definitely fit the description and would stay there again note it is a compact space.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Every detail is thoughtful and well executed. It was an incredibly comfortable, lovely place to stay. Alison was super nice, generous and responsive. She made us feel right at home, left some wonderful essentials in the kitchen and gave very successful local recommendations. The neighborhood can’t be beat and all of that together made for a top notch stay. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again.

Let’s start with Wow Wow! The photos give it no justice. The street the building is on is lush greenery & super clean 1 min from the beach. The Building has 24 hour concierge great staff. The unit is beautiful and spacious. My daughter had the master I had the double room. The terrace had seating, hammock and soaking tub. I won’t call it a hot tub because it didn’t get super hot and the jets were spraying wild, that would be my only complaint. The kitchen great, three bathrooms all great and spacious. AC worked great and each bedroom had a great ceiling fan..The rooftop pools GREAT and a bartender from 12:00-8:00pm and a gym. The manager of the unit Renzo went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. The television’s, WiFi and living area were wonderful. The location is right in the action for nightlife. We also visited Kukulkan. I’m grateful I found Rodrigo’s place for my daughter’s 25th and Mother’s Day. A trip we will remember forever. Thanks -Jo

The place is great, new, well designed, well located (depending on what you are looking for) since it is close to the exit to the Valley of Guadalupe, a place well equipped with a sound bar, balcony with sea view and television on the balcony, coffee maker that grinds coffee beans... I would only change the boiler, but in general a comfortable, clean and great place

The sighting is amazing, hot tub definitely made night. The place is great right on the top. Bed is comfy and clean. The sound system and tv are also great addition. The place is great for a getaway we will definitely come back!

The condominium is very nice, new and comfortable! The view of the terrace is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and all very clean. Many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The hosts were always attentive and giving recommendations. We were very comfortable, we would definitely come back

It is an excellent apartment, all new, decorated with very good taste, modern, restaurants and cafes very close, close to the main road. William was very kind and helped a lot with good recommendations, I highly recommend him ❤️

I’ve been to Sayulita 30ish times in the last few years. This is my new favorite location. I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. I’ll be booking here every time I come back if it’s available.

The place great. The building had excellent amenities and felt safe and clean. The area was active and fun to walk around. Overall, a great stay.

Awesome place and great location. It does get pretty hot during the day even though they provide multiple fans, however it is too hot during the day too be comfortable to stay in the place for very long. Besides that the place has a cool outdoor area, nice kitchen and bathroom etc.

Amazing apartment. Stunning views. The apartment has everything you need. There are restaurants that are a walk away or a few minutes drive. Popular mall across the road. The amenities were amazing too, it has a pool and Padel court! You get your own free car parking space. Hosts were brilliant, very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be staying again!
