The place was beautiful! The pool and rooftop were great amenities. Walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants close by. Claudio was very responsive and friendly. Overall amazing visit, definitely recommend!

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

The place was beautifully designed with stunning architecture and thoughtful details throughout. It felt peaceful, clean, and well-maintained — a truly memorable stay.

This is a unique life experience. Stop deliberating and book the place! As others have mentioned it is even cooler in person; the architectural details never end from the pass through views an unique portals to the minute details like the floating shelf off the back of the bed with hidden outlet to charge your device to the perfectly aligned infinity pool. If you geek out on features check out the scribed cut outs for the trash cans. Mario and the whole crew make planning your whole vacation seamless from walkable caught and cooked fish delivered on platters to your table to easily booked excursions (we opted for a private 7 bays tour and snorkeling for our kids). We would return in a heartbeat. The one caveat? The bugs come out at night and this is a natural world experience so don’t expect to be sealed off from the bugs and surf sounds. The mosquito nets and screens worked exceptionally well, but if you are chilling for the sunset the bugs will join. For us, this was no issue.

The main area is completely open (no windows), allowing you to enjoy the wind and sea breeze. We loved it—especially with the fantastic weather. The kitchen is well-equipped. My only comment is that the skillets and pots are quite worn, and the stove could use an upgrade. That said, there’s a large fridge and freezer, a washing machine, and everything else you might need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the small beach below was a wonderful bonus—secluded and private. My family and I absolutely loved the house!

La casa es muy bonita la vista es increíble, la playa hermosa, la casa es tal cual como la descripción tiene todo para pasar unos días inigualables, las habitaciones ideales para descansar, la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. Nuestras mascotas también disfrutaron la estancia.

Oasis en medio de la naturaleza. Es un sueño. Antes de llegar, Abe nos proporcionó un PDF con toda la información necesaria. También el contacto de dos taxistas. Contactamos con Zenón para todos los traslados y fue muy formal y puntual. Antes de llegar Ana (la conserje) te recomienda pasar por un supermercado ya que en los alrededores no hay nada para comprar (solo una pequeña tienda con lo mínimo necesario pero está a 20 minutos caminando). En la casa hay agua y fruta. También una máquina de hacer hielo que se agradece. Hay aceite y café, pero recomiendo comprar los propios ya que no eran muy apetecibles. Tambien hay que tener en cuenta que los utensilios para cocinar están bastante desgastados. Hay restaurantes cercanos. Solo hay cobertura con Telcel, el resto de compañías no tienen señal y en la casa no hay wifi. Sería útil para emergencias dado que estás un poco incomunicado. Durante la mañana aparece personal de mantenimiento para limpiar la piscina y sacar la basura.

Carlos es muy amable y está atento a tus dudas. Lo único que en su zona hay mucho ruido por las mañanas (si tienes el sueño ligero no ayuda). La cama es matrimonial. Si vas para eventos cerca de ahí está ideal, si vas para pasear por el centro o conocer la ciudad si está retirado. Todo muy limpio.

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

We enjoyed our stay in Clara's home very much! Clara is sweet and communicative, the space is clean, and the outdoor courtyard is pretty with all the surrounding plants. A filtered water station is also provided to help reduce plastic bottle consumption.

Un lugar excelente para sentirse como en casa mientras estas lejos de casa, un excelente vista que se disfruta a cualquier hora del dia, una limpieza del lugar prefecta, totalmente recomendable volveria de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Carlos was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The pictures represented the space very well. Bed and couch were super comfy. Water pressure wasn’t ideal, but in large complex’s that can sometimes be the case.

The apartment was very clean and modern, everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great neighborhood, quiet but super close to 5th Ave and close to the beach as well. Kaitlin was by far one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with, she responded to all of our questions no matter what time it was and was always very helpful.

This is one of those places that you hesitate to review accurately because you’re afraid it will become too popular and you’ll not be able to reserve it again in the future. It is certainly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in my life, and I’ve stayed in hundreds of a airBnb‘s over the years. Designed and built by a collective of architects and furniture designers, who also manage the Airbnb, the place is so comfortable and beautiful and aesthetically pleasing that you can be reluctant to leave it. Tulum is not the picturesque village it used to be, but there really great restaurants and other compensating factors. And to have a home this beautiful to stay in was a complete delight. I had a lot of complications at the airport and arrived at an unusual time, but the hosts were completely flexible. The only drawback was it was the first of three places I stayed on my trip and it made the other two pale in comparison. Highly highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.
