We really liked the property. It has many areas where you can have fun from the little ones to the Adults. Very equipped with all the basics that are required. In general, everything is good.

5 Stars! I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication super easy. Every detail was taken care of, from fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca. Great location on the beach near Puerto Nuevo. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood. We had a great family trip here.

The house was very clean, nice and tidy. Giovanni was a thoughtful host and treated me very well. The Airbnb is well located, world and Plaza Satelite, peripheral and blue zone is close. I would gladly return to this house and recommend it to people who want to stay for a short or long stay!

Amazing amazing amazing! You will not find a better place in the area. The casita is stunning from the outside and inside! It’s private, peaceful, and a great location. The 2 negatives I could say are 1) there was zero cooking basics(salt, pepper, oil) 2) there were constantly gardeners outside the windows preparing for a wedding that was going to take place a few days after my stay. Since they had sprinklers running most of the day the water pressure in the house was not good. Even with those I will 100% be back!

We loved the home. Architecture and interior finishes certainly matched my design style. Reviews accurately matched our experience. We have traveled to San Miguel a few times this year so we are familiar with the area. Paty was great, although we chose to eat breakfast out every morning so did not use her chef talents. As you may have read, the steepness of the location could be challenging for some. We chose to take a cab back a few time, cabs are plentiful. Thanks to Scott and team for the excellent communication and experience. 🇲🇽

The pictures don’t do this place justice; it is absolutely gorgeous, stunning, and beautiful. The textures, architecture, furniture, and built-ins are exceptionally complementary. The outside also gives off great vibes. The host was wonderful and communicated well, providing me with everything I needed and more. I am so grateful for this experience, and anyone who stays there will love it. In a word wonderful!

This apartment was my home-base for the week, and it was absolutely perfect. I was able to work remote, the apartment was adorable and felt like my own space. The location in the neighborhood was central to everything you could need! Not to mention Rafael was a very accommodating host, and was great with communication. I'll definitely be staying at this apartment when I return to Mexico City.

One of the best airbnb's we've had. We were staying somewhere else first but this place was 100 times better. Here we felt as ease, beautiful view, very clean home, and everything was walking distance. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone coming to Mazatlan. Thank you Juan!

Absolutely my favorite San Pancho stay. It feels homey, is cute and has air conditioning. Sound doesn't really travel to the bedroom. Kitchen is small but has everything needed. Very convenient. The bed and pillows were cozy. So comfy. It's an excellent location and the neighbors are the sweetest. Happy content peaceful beautiful stay.💖 best trip to San Pancho yet💖

An amazing and unique property! The garden was like an oasis, the house like a dream. Beds were very comfortable, easy to control the climate in each room, everyone had their own charming, beautifully decorated space and bathroom. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, day or night, located just a few minutes from anything you need. Alla had great recommendations for dinner, beach club, breakfast...all were spot on! We used the location as a jump point to visit Sian Ka'an, Aktun Chen cenote in Akumal, Chichen Itza, and, of course, the ruins and various beaches in Tulum. It was ideal for us (two adults and three teens) to stay in the town, just a short drive to the beaches and beach scene, and feel happily situated in a friendly neighborhood.

Great hosts, friendly and responsive. House was great, lots of space, great views from the rooftop with a hot tub to compliment it.

My family was delighted to be at home, the people who are looking after the house were very friendly and the service was 10 stars, we would definitely return.

Matta's place was beautiful, spacious and great for families. Our three young children could not get enough of the pool and hot tub, which were both very well maintained. Gorgeous views and just a short trek to an amazing beach. Maria was very responsive and had excellent local suggestions. Highly recommend.

The place is very nice and well maintained, the decor is very nice and makes you feel like you are in a super quiet country house. Emiliano is very kind and was always attentive, he helped us solve the different situations we had. The pools are super Agusto and heated, with plenty of terrace space to sit with your family. I recommend continuing to strengthen the fumigation and hopefully you can review the option of providing a late stay in your accommodation, because now it is not available
