Beautiful - exactly like the photos - the whole place was clean and everyone was responsive and very friendly . The description is spot on. 2 things to note - the seaweed is horrible this time of year so the private beach was not swimable - however don’t let that stop you - travel to beaches in riviera maya that’s what we did and worth it. And coming back to that paradise of a room was amazing. Lastly - the hotel next door play very loud music . Some days it’s stopped at 10 and some days it stopped at 1 am. Again this is not something that would prevent me from returning as I bring a sound machine and sleep buds anywhere I go. I will be back 100 percent

Excellent accommodation, the view is amazing. Of the amenities everything you need to make you feel at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and so on. I would definitely be back!

Place to be in touch with nature, with privacy and ideal for rest

Jayde and i had an incredible stay with Sandra—she organized the door-to-door shuttle services, planned a fun boat tour with herself and the other guests (loved the cenote and all the birds!), and she was a wealth of knowledge and advice for the Holbox area. She let us know which restaurants were the best, and which tours were worth checking out! Sandra’s place is beautiful, the immediate beach access and private pool were great ways to cool off after a day in the sun! The daily breakfast was different every day and each one was so delicious. We will definitely be coming back to Casa TomTom - thanks Sandra!

We loved NaNaVida! We will definitely be back! They were so welcoming and friendly. At check in and check out, they presented us with homemade gifts. What a treat! They always asked if we needed anything like water, recommendations, etc. The breakfast was also delicious, and the room was spotless. I thought it was funny that they had earplugs in the bathroom, but then I realized how lively the birds were in the trees in the courtyard. I love birds so I enjoyed their singing. No earplugs for me!

Stayed at this location for 6 days. Very welcoming, clean, friendly staff, and the daily fruit breakfast was a nice touch.

Great place to stay to get some relaxing done. Sea view from the restaurant and pool area. We were there in March and the weather was amazing. The waves were a nice size to enjoy and there are possibilities to surf directly from the hotel. The owner, manager, staff in general are all super friendly and helpful I had to work during our stay and having zoom meetings with the camera on was no problem for the internet capacity.

The staff made the experience staying here very enjoyable. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Very comfortable, quiet if you are looking for a place to relax, comfortable and beautiful

we loved our stay at Awa. The staff was great and helpful with everything that we asked. The location is a little outside of Centro if that is where you would like to be but if you want to catch a quick 3 min taxi to Centro and stay in a more quiet area then this place is perfect.

Luna Liquida was such an absolute gem. The hotel itself is so expertly decorated, and there is so much consideration to design. The rooftop pool was worth it, alone. The room had such stunning views along with a very comfy bed. It is incredibly clean there. Beatriz and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, along with the precious kitty that lives on the property. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was amazing!!! Open windows, fresh sea air, and far enough from the main strip to feel private, but close enough to walk to anything. It really is the perfect location. The sound of the church bells was beautiful. Like others have mentioned - there is quite a hike up to the property, but we loved the activity after eating our weight in tacos. It felt so safe walking in the daytime and at night, and the local neighbors were very friendly as well! We loved everything about our stay in this room, and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. The view and the bay itself is unmatched paired with a wonderful team and an amazing service. In June it was sargassum season (as everywhere else in tulum) coming with the known smell but the hotel did their best to take care of it and even did a better job as most in the tulum region. We still had an amazing stay and a stunning view on the bay. You can rent snorkeling gear, Kajaks and SUPs to check out the reef including turtles and Mantarays. All for free!! The restaurant is directly on the beach and serves you with great food all day long. The room is beautifully equipped and the whole hotel is very instaworthy. Definitely can recommend also in June!

Wonderful stay in Puebla! The place was spotless, with very nice installations and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The decoration was especially impressive — tasteful, unique, and added a special charm to the space. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Our stay at the accommodation was simply exceptional. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of this vibrant beach, but still maintaining a pleasant privacy and tranquility. The room was perfect, with an ideal size and everything we needed for our comfort. We highlight the impeccable cleanliness and the small details that made us feel at home. In addition, the price is really incredible considering the quality of the accommodation and its excellent location. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and it is certainly an option that we will take into account for future visits to Zicatela. Totally recommended!

Great, clean, tidy, from the moment you enter the property it gives you a feeling of tranquility, the house is super equipped, everything you could possibly need is there, I loved that it had snacks (it was perfect for the children) and drinks (perfect after several hours on the road) the location is very comfortable. I made my reservation 10 minutes before I arrived. We arrived and it was already perfectly air-conditioned. It was as if they were waiting for us. The access instructions arrived super fast. Everything was perfect🤩. Really highly recommended, thanks to the hosts for such a nice accommodation 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🤩
