We were looking for a place close enough to walk to coffee, groceries, and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise of the Main Street in La Ventana, and this was perfect. The house sits up on the hill so sunrises are gorgeous and the neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything we needed, including a vitamix! Our favorite part of the property is the backyard oasis which was shaded so very comfortable even in the heat of the day. We were in La Ventana for wind sports and found the location ideal because we were an easy drive to Rasta or La Tuna beaches in one direction, and equally easy drive to Playa Central in the other. Another bonus to the location - it's right up the hill from the farmers market! We plan to stay here again.

Our group of six very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Utopia. Our kids liked the grounds and the pool and we loved the view and peacefulness. We enjoyed the host's recommendations, like ordering tacos for delivery and (best of all) contracting the private driver Rangel for the week. Humberto helped us when we needed anything, especially with refilling the drinking water. We went out every day for Oaxaca culture adventures and returned the tranquility of Utopia. The outdoor shower was a favorite feature of mine. We would easily book again.

out of the ordinary accommodation, which I loved, Azael is always attentive and very friendly, it is certainly a place to relax and forget about the attack of the city, in addition to being very close to the sea. I will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed spending the night here, we enjoyed the pool and they lent us some floats, I recommend watching the sunset from the pool, there are many restaurants nearby, Lidia was a very good host, friendly, kind and attentive, and the Airbnb is small and cozy🤍!

Beautiful place. Very private (although there is a house nearby, it does not affect privacy at all). Easy to get to with very clear instructions. The internet did not work and there is no signal, although I did not try to make it work (maybe if I had tried with more knowledge, it would have worked).

English/Spanish (español) Ruben's place is impeccable—spotlessly clean, well-organized, with everything you need and more. The air conditioning is excellent, making it a very comfortable and cozy stay. It's located in the best area of La Paz, close to the boardwalk and the best places to eat and explore. Ruben is an incredible host—proactive, friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. This is my second time staying with him, and without a doubt, I will do so again on my next visit to La Paz. Excellent place to go to disconnect from routine!!

PERFECT location for surfing and walkable restaurants. Local farmers market outside your front door every Sunday. Pura Baja for surfboard, wetsuit, and palapa rentals. We wanted for nothing on this trip. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

Very nice place, nice, very clean and cared for, the attention is super good, only the trip is somewhat difficult in the terracería given that the land is very loose and in the parking place it is complicated to maneuver through the same loose earth that makes the tires that go outside all super well, we loved me and my partner the place if I would go again

We loved the place, it is very nice and comfortable, ideal for going as a couple, we liked the location because it was not so in the Sierra, so there is a good sign, the place is very clean, the pool of good size. We had a pretty good time

Very nice accommodation, the only thing I think can be improved is the kitchen equipment, basic things were missing such as napkins, kitchen towels, salt, oil, etc.
