Monthly Rentals in Matakana Island

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the beach and so close to the shops. The unit is private and the living area is very spacious. The host is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful new studio, beautifully decorated. Located close to restaurants and cafes. Very peaceful and quiet yet close to city center. Comfortable cosy bed and an amazing bathroom with a lovely shower. Basic food essentials provided with the addition of a few slices of bread, butter, and spreads. Plenty of options for hot drinks. Great parking, right outside the studio

Our stay at the bach was a balm for the soul. Days unfolded in a tranquil rhythm, spent entirely on the sun-drenched deck, where the only sounds were the gentle lapping of the tide and the occasional cry of a seagull. Evenings brought a cozy warmth as we gathered by the crackling fire, the sea's lullaby a constant, soothing backdrop. The bach itself was a haven of peace, a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. We explored the shoreline with leisurely walks, the salty air invigorating our senses. The provided water toys added a playful dimension, turning the sea into our personal playground. The proximity to local restaurants meant we could indulge in fresh seafood and local delicacies without venturing far. Each meal was a delight, made even more special by the friendly, welcoming nature of the locals. Their warmth and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay, making us feel truly at home. It's a place where time slows down, and memories are made.
