Monthly Rentals in Mastic Beach

Good amenities in a private, cozy spot. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Liz was great. She met us upon arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent experience overall.

Great host great place

A very nice and spacious house, quietly located in the countryside. In 5 minutes by foot you are on the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and in the morning you can hear a lot of birds. Communication in advance was great. It was even responded to the wish of a toaster. The rooms are nice and the beds very cozy. There were three of us and we had good space. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There was even water ready upon arrival. In the living room there is a large TV with Netflix.

Eoin was a very gracious host and very flexible with us and our staff as our check out date continued to move. This was company booking for our work crews to work in Coram, NY. Thank you so much for the flexibility and cooperation. The staff loved staying in your home.
