Hotel holiday rentals in Martha's Vineyard

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Incredibly well maintained home and grounds. Jeanette was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home!

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

Absolutely love our stay! The white room was beautiful and exactly as described! The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the lounging chair for reading. The outside balcony was wonderful to sit on. The bike/walking bath was very accessible and provided a great afternoon of walking. The Knob recommendation was breath taking! Thank you for your morning conversations and getting to know you!! Definitely would recommend this bed and breakfast!

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating, and it's located on a very active street with lots of cool shops and things to do. Plus, it's a 15 minute walk to the nearest public beach. Awesome!

For the price and allowing dogs, it was a great spot.The king bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The only challenge might be is the cars drive to exit right next to rooms on the ground level of the building in the lower part of the lot rooms In the busy season that might be a challenge at night. Great stay for great price.

Great accommodation experience

Very easy to check in and check out. The front desk staff was super friendly and the room was close to the fire works for July 4th.

Great place to stay if looking for a spot to stay for the Cape Cod marathon! Within walking distance to the start (.8 miles) or a VERY quick drive to the start dependent on your preferences. If going for the marathon I highly recommend Paul’s Pizza and Seafood for some pasta the night before. Staff was friendly and place was clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

My family had no idea what we were in for when we chose this cottage. But we were blown away with the property. All 3 of us, including my 20 month old son, had the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. It’s so quiet, so dark, and so peaceful at night. The mornings are beautiful with a view of the Menemsha harbor on the patio. The entire island seems to travel to Menemsha public beach to see the sunset. You get a better view at the inn from the patio. You get access to the Lucy Vincent beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to and only residents or renters of Chilmark have access. My only regret is we didn’t have enough time to explore everything the area had to offer. I highly recommend bringing your car on the ferry or renting one. Uber is not reliable. Lyft had zero drivers on the island on the busiest weekend. A taxi ride to the inn cost us $80, one way.

My sister and I had a great time and really enjoyed the Franklin hotel!! We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jerron was a great host. Would absolutely stay here again.

very comfortable

I was staying in Martha's Vineyard for the New Year and needed a place to stay last minute. I was so relieved to find that the Franklin had a room available and was pet friendly (you wouldn't know it as the place had no trace of dogs.) I was more pleased when I found the location and was able to get into the hotel/airbnb. The concept was one that I had not stayed at before and was perfect. The room and common rooms were welcoming, clean and the decor was modern and inviting. I would go back but I suspect they get extremely booked during the high season, if you are considering Id fathom you would need to do well in advance. The place is right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay here.
