We spent three weeks in this apartment in March. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels of fine quality. The kitchen is well stocked and the WiFi and TV functioned without the slightest problem. If the balcony doors are open though, the traffic noise might be bothersome. The apartment is a two-minute walk from two bus stops serving lines 2 & 4, so getting around town via public transport is easy. All in all, this apartment is well worth the price.

The apartment is very spacious, so you can also sit, eat and relax well with several. The building itself is not a beauty, but the view from the balcony, the lake within walking distance and the proximity to the City Center are wonderful. The apartment can be reached quickly from the highway and has its own parking space in the underground parking lot. Kitchen is super equipped, large sofa corner, bathrooms not quite new anymore, but clean. We had a lovely stay with baby and grandma and everyone felt comfortable.

The location of the hotel and pool is unbeatable. The hotel would need a lighter renovation - so 20 years after its glory. But it was a nice place, and we had a great rest there. Great for families. The area is completely enclosed and Lake Como - 30 minutes by car. Coop store - 2 minutes by car !

Very happy with our 5 nights stay. Very nice surroundings and great view over Lugano. Bus No 12 took us directly to Lugano centre in less than 20 min. Apartment as described and kids had fun on pool and with ping pong table. Ms. Vera very friendly and helpful in case of any questions. We recommend this apartment/stay.

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (also children's dishes and cutlery are available, as well as high chairs, crib and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. The communication on site and with the hostess worked without any problems. A small deduction, as the WLAN in the rooms on the upper floor and in the basement is only weakly available or not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

A breathtaking view of a corner of paradise: for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the most touristy areas and also a pinch of adventure in close contact with nature. I take the view in the heart of the Nibbio ❤️

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Beautiful old apartment in a nice location. The backyard was a lifesaver when travelling with children. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. A car is essential to reach the apartment, but parking is limited near the apartment, so one may have to park their car a little further away on some evenings.

We spent a week's holiday in como. The accommodation was perfect! The view is outstanding, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beach is unfortunately a bit further away than we thought (20 min walk). There is a small village shop around the corner, but the rest is easier to reach by car or bike. There is a large car park right in front of the house. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, but working from home was still possible. Overall a super great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Communication was great! The village and the property are in a very quiet location and invites you to relax with the large outdoor terrace. The pizzeria around the corner is definitely recommended. There were four of us in the accommodation, the sofa bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable, which is why a stay for two is better. Simone was very nice and also happy to help if you have any questions!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. We had a great stay in this Milan apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
