Amazing stay at this apartment/house by the lake. Complete with all kitchen necessities. Heater and AC available. We had one sunny day but managed to have a nice stand up paddle by the lake connected to the house. The view is just incredible and the host is helpful enough to accommodate our needs. Very close to the city center and Italian border. I highly recommend and will consider to come back again!

What an extraordinary place- it fully exceeded our expectations. Fresh flowers and beautiful gardens really made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! We will be back!

I can only agree with the positive reviews. We were very warmly welcomed by Nuria and she gives the best that we feel comfortable (in any case she succeeded) The apartment is very creative and imaginatively designed. I'd love to come back!! 😀

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Davide was the best host, all his recommendations were great and he was extremely responsive. The apartment was perfect for a two people stay (couple). There’s a lot of storage space. The apartment is modern and the finishes are high quality. Highly recommend this place!

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

My bulldog and I spent a quiet weekend in this very comfortable and quiet accommodation, with its small private garden, covered patio for breakfast and lunch and with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains in the background. It was perfect for resting. Paola is a very nice, kind and caring host with guests. She provided us with an excellent breakfast with the surprise of homemade cakes. We had a good time, thank you.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was incredibly accommodating and warm – she gave us great tips for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our stay even more beautiful. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail, and you immediately feel comfortable. The view is simply fantastic – a real highlight! We would come back. This house is very charming, our family of four had a pleasant three days here, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has plenty of hot water in the shower, there is parking for self driving, the balcony is a highlight, even if it is not anywhere, it is nice to just sit on the balcony and stay.The town itself is beautiful.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

I had a wonderful week at Katrin's place. The little studio was perfect for me. Very good bed, kitchenette with everything I needed - only a lemon press was missing to my luck - Katrin got it the very next day. The other studio next door was not occupied - I can also be very nice to share the terrace (but if necessary, there would also be a separation). There are three larger apartments above the two studios, which can be found on the net under CasaEva. The lake view is a dream. There are two beautiful dining areas in the garden. Katrin is very nice and helpful. She and Jennet helped me with the luggage arrivals and departures. Thank you! I'd love to come back!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a great stay, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear, but the GPS didn't work, the road was very narrow and paved, and it was really not easy to drive on the slope. Beautiful apartment with lake view, pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be calculated and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

The apartment is super nicely located with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. You can even enjoy the view from the bed. You can even relax on the balcony in the rain, as it is completely covered. Unfortunately, you have to go everywhere by car, as there were no pedestrian paths near the apartment. But by car you can quickly reach the surrounding villages with beautiful promenades and restaurants.

All good. The studio was as advertised and Eleonora has been an helpful and available host.
