Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Lugano

Perfect location in the center of the town, while still very quiet. This is not a classic AirBNB apartment per se. It is a part of what is called Albergho Diffuso in Italian. It is a number of apartments in the nearby buildings under same management. There is a formal reception area and a formal breakfast room in 1 min walk from the room.

Nice appartment that is part of the Geranio resort with a nice pool and a good location close to the lake. We enjoyed every day here and it is a nice place to start for shorter or longer daytrips or just a day by the lake. Rita and Manuella was very welcoming and made sure everyone felt at “home”.

The stay is quietly located, but a short distance from the boulevard and the lake. The supermarket is also around the corner. Downtown is close by. In terms of location, therefore highly recommended. There is much to do in Cannobio. Walks, beachfront, shops, nice restaurants... In the apartment everything you need was available. You overlook the courtyard and that's a nice view. There is no terrace at the apartment, but you can use the courtyard and two common balconies which in our case were always free. There's no air conditioning, but that was easy for us. During the day we let the shutters and in the evening we opened the windows to refresh the room. Towels are provided! What a plus. The one downside is that the WiFi did not work for us. We would recommend this stay to anyone anyone!

FlatMilan is a lovely space for anyone staying long or short-term in Milano. Paolo is kind and responsive. The space is clean, warm and very safe. I stayed at FlatMilan while looking for more permanent accommodations and it was a great experience. Cernusco Sul Navigo is a lovely little town with a few cafes and restaurants and is off the metro. Whether you are staying long or short-term, you should know that it is a little bit of a commute into the center of the city. Also, many places in the town close early and on Sundays. So, as long as you keep this in mind and plan accordingly- it’s not a huge deal. There’s a market a half a block away where you can get wine, cheese and some other necessities to keep in the mini-fridge the guesthouse provides. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice flat to stay for couple of days! Perfectly located in the old town, little noisy for light spleepers, but overall lovely stay!

A beautiful house with lots of change. Great pool, large meadow, volley net, games, grotto in the garden for everyone... Simply wonderful. Breakfast can be booked and is excellent. The team is very nice and extremely accommodating. You're completely comfortable. The apartment has everything you could need, good beds, very spacious, old but very well preserved and super clean. The entire apartment still has fitted carpets in it. The huge terrace is also very well maintained and well furnished, it even has a covered part. The price is high and what we only noticed afterwards, booking directly is massively cheaper, which is not explainable for us. But it was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful location. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied, great stay

Our stay at Yury’s place in bellano was amazing!!! The location cannot be beat and it is super close to the beach on the lake. We even rented an umbrella at a restaurant on the beach and stayed there all day enjoying the sun and water. Yury was extremely responsive and he thought of all the extra details for his guests staying at his flat, which made the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The town of bellano is wonderful and because the flat is so close to everything, it makes all the shops and restaurants very accessible and there is a beautiful promenade along the lake for walking. One of the best things for us is that there was also a designated parking spot right in front of the flat which makes life so much easier when you are driving a car! I highly recommend Yury’s flat if you are planning on staying at lake Como, it was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful hospitality, clean rooms, extremely quiet area 10 minutes drive from Arona, Proximity to supermarket, very large indoor parking and also underground parking. Great breakfast and super friendly staff, we recommend. The property is the '90s but well maintained.

Beautiful, unique views in an amazing place to stay. We can also highly recommend the beautiful pool and the good restaurant. We were there by car and were able to take a trip to the beautiful promenade in Locarno (about 20 minutes) and to Lugano (about 40 minutes). We will be happy to come back, thank you for the pleasant stay and impeccable communication.
