Monthly Rentals in Lower New York Bay

It was easy to bond with Siobhan and feel at ease at this unpretentious, comfortable stay. The bedroom has its own lock, the full-sized bed was firm, and there was a private bathroom with ample towels. Siobhan set out material about nearby Sandy Hook National Park and recommended a new Mexican restaurant well within walking distance. If you like to get a run or walk into your day, check out the trails at either Hartshorne or Huber Woods county parks. Also, the bayside Henry Hudson Trail, with views of Manhattan, is nearby. My restaurant recommendation is JUS Organic (vegetarian), one mile away in Atlantic Highlands. Though our schedules did not permit us to interact much, I was touched by Siobhan's gracious hospitality.

We spent 15 days in this lovely house and it really felt like it was our own. It was very clean and cozy. Sophia was an amazing host, she always responded to us ASAP. The house has everything you need. We saw the bad reviews about the bed and the sheets but we found them very nice. The bed was so comfortable and the bedsheets were soft and clean. And if you have any questions or need anything Sophia is always available which was amazing. We loved that there was a washer and a dryer and also a dishwasher since we used them frequently. The location of the house is also amazing. It’s a quiet neighborhood and is also very close to a nice park and the beach. Getting to Manhattan is also very easy. There’s a bunch of grocery stores and plazas nearby for shopping. Overall, we loved it and we will be back next year.

I enjoyed my stay. This place is in a great location, and at the end of the hallway. Besides some church bells and a radiator, it was suprisingly peaceful. The bed was also very comfy. On the outside, the grounds and building facade dont look like much, and the hallways follow that, but the apartment itself is very nice, and better than I expected. There was a new microwave, and the bathroom was small but very nice. The rain shower was great therapy. Neighbors were friendly, and there are birds and squirrels abound outside. Fairly tranquil for being directly next to a train station. This train can take you directly to the ferry as well. I discovered a Peruvian restaurant across the street where I ate twice during my stay as it was amazing. Theres a supermarket about a mile away which was convenient. Easy to find for ubers, and a 7-11 open 24hrs one block away. Im hoping this place is available for when I return to the island on my next trip.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the hospital. It’s walking distance which was great! Everything was very clean and the host was super responsive! Would recommend.
