Monthly Rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

We had a wonderful time! So much so that we stayed an extra night. Everything is just as pictured/described. Great view of the pool. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, keurig coffee maker. There was a hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of coffee pods, snacks, tea bags, cold bottled waters, a couple beach chairs, and even beach towels for us to use! Michael always responded quickly and was very helpful. We felt safe with our young daughter while at the property. We easily found a close parking spot at the beach access parking lot. The property grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed taking a walk to the beach as well. Many people ride bikes too. There is a grocery store conveniently located just across the road from the property. During our stay the kids splash pad area and one of the hot tubs were closed for repairs but we still had a blast and enjoyed the pool, lazy river, hot tub, and the beach. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second time staying here and we had another great experience! The accommodations are just as described and perfect for a family of 4. It is an easy drive to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the pool on site is wonderful for kids.

Mary was a very communicative host. The place was very comfortable and well maintained.

We just got back from Jill’s place and are ready to return! The condo was clean and neat and had all the comforts of home. This is our second visit and we are already planning a third. Thank you Jill for letting us spend a wonderful week at the beach in scenic comfort.
