Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

My family of four loved our stay at the Penthouse, location and amenities were exactly what we needed for a quick beach weekend. The view and being steps from the beach were just perfect. Only negatives were with areas outside Shirley’s control. The parking deck is tight and low clearance so if you drive a truck or taller SUV recommend parking across the street and not even trying the main lot. Also, almost constant marijuana smell near the apartment (possibly apartment on either or both sides). This is the beach and it happens but more constant than we would have expected.

The apartment was beautiful, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views of the ocean were spectacular. This place was like a little paradise away from home. Donna and Bobby were very responsible for providing a clean, comfortable, and well maintained space, as well as offering excellent communication. We can't wait to go back to this little paradise away from home.

I had a great experience, It was amazing . I will definitely book again . It’s the prefect place for family and a good time. Jessica is so sweet and answers promptly.

Great location to stay in Myrtle Beach. Quick access to Broadway at the Beach and any amenities needed. Also dead center for anyone who likes going to North Myrtle and Murrell’s Inlet.

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

This place was perfect! Beautiful ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. It was great to have easy access to the pool and beach. Sitting on the balcony and looking out at the view was such a treat. We had everything we needed and Vonetta was super helpful and responsive to questions. We will definitely book here again!

Heather was a great host! The pictures are SPOT ON, so there were no surprises when we got there. There was plenty of space in the multiple pools and hot tubs so there’s always options of areas to relax, which we especially enjoyed with it being our honeymoon. On very hot days the pool deck did fill up quick but there are so many chairs everywhere that it just meant you were a little further away from the edge of the pool. We had one slight issue where our door code didn’t work on our last full day and Heather responded within (no lie) a minute and got us access to the condo. It was a wonderful place to stay and we definitely will stay here again whenever we return to Myrtle Beach!

Amazing place. I’ve gone to Myrtle beach my entire life and this is the first time we’ve stayed here and it will be my new go-to. Super clean, extremely responsive host, beautiful view right on the ocean. Also the on site restaurant is amazing.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was so clean and beautiful. The patio has a fantastic view of the beach, and Renee, goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. She answers your messages right away and is so friendly. We had more than we needed and things we wouldn’t have thought of. This condo is WORTH the price, and then some. I had the best time and there is plenty to do. The beach and pools are awesome. If you are looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach, THIS IS IT!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's condo. Beautiful view of the sunrises while enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the peace full sounds of the ocean. And as an added bonus the dolphins decided to swim by on a few days. We enjoyed our walks on the beach every morning. We felt very comfortable in her condo. Wery laid-back atmosphere in Garden City. Had an amazing stay here! Was a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation. The view was spectacular. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed and more. The host is so sweet and checks in. I would book here again!

Room overall was clean and matched the photos. The view was amazing and the sunrises were beautiful!! The building overall needs a bit of updating but that’s nothing the host can control. It’s a very short drive for attractions and things to do but walking is a little far. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Myrtle!

Great option for families! Quiet neighborhood (even during Memorial Day weekend!) that always felt safe. The neighborhood has a ton of amenities and getting there by the included golfcart made things super convenient and you're two blocks away from the beach! Will totally come again in the future.

What a wonderful home! Host was incredibly responsive and kind. We had one small issue during our stay and within 30 minutes from reaching out to Diane, the issue was fixed! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything needed for beach days. The community members and neighbors were so kind and friendly. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was TONS to do within a thirty minute radius. We spent tons of the time at the beach and pool and also enjoyed Broadway at the Beach and the Pirate Voyage show. We would definitely stay here again- in a heartbeat!

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay. Bobby was very responsive when asked questions. The place was clean, roomy and had all amenities needed. With some extras! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings and good water pressure for the shower! We loved the outdoor deck, nice clean gas bar-b-q and beach supplies. The place is close to a nice beach and within driving distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it and definitely recommend!!!

Could not have asked for a better vacation and Dare 2 Dream was certainly part of the reason! The family was able to just relax and enjoy the beach and the house. We used to stay in the towers, but with this house the walk to the resort pool and beach probably took less time than waiting for the elevators in the towers. We also enjoyed the private pool to avoid the large crowds at the resort pool at times. Great spot with water inlet and ocean views! Can’t wait to come back and book again! Thank you!

Cynthia is not just a "superhost" but a Superwoman!!! Takes "above and beyond" to a whole new level! We can't rave enough about how amazing a host she is!! We've done air bnb dozens of times and have never met a host as absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, friendly and thoughtful! She always responded immediately and helped us from the time we booked until we left and everything in between! (even getting our stranded boat out of the water, securing it while there, etc) ALL the amenities and more!! We were celebrating my husband's retirement with family and friends and the property was perfect - tons of space, and everything we could possibly need! She even helped us figure out logistics for set-up and keeping our party dry from the rain. Everybody had an awesome time (even our dog 🐕) If you're thinking of enjoying some family/group time you'll definitely want to spend it here - you really won't even need to leave the property, but if you do, Myrtle is the perfect destination.

Dennis's house was wonderful! It looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculate. The kitchen is very well stocked and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to get around the community and to use to go to the beach. Our favorite feature of the house was the screened porch! We spent hours out there watching the geese and turtles, enjoying breakfast in the morning and a drink before dinner. This was our third trip to OSV and first in Dennis's home, we will be reserving again for next year.

Second time staying. Enjoyed it as much as the first time.
