Apartment holiday rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

The apartment was beautiful, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views of the ocean were spectacular. This place was like a little paradise away from home. Donna and Bobby were very responsible for providing a clean, comfortable, and well maintained space, as well as offering excellent communication. We can't wait to go back to this little paradise away from home.

Let me just say this if I could I would rate this a 100! Not just a 5 star this exceeded my expectations or experience was amazing, Bob was a wonderful host, answered any questions we had in a timely manner. His home was amazing they view was beautiful, the balcony was really nice to sit and listen to the rain and just escape from just everyday life. I definitely will book Bob's place again in the future there is no doubt in my mind about that. our family vacation was definitely one in the books. I am so glad I found this place to book for our trip! Thank you Bob for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home and enjoy yourself surrounded by wonderful places to eat and shop at. you truely help made this a magical trip .

The property seemed to be newer and it was a great place to stay, the kitchen was roomy, it had a nice size living room and the bedroom was perfect (because it has a ceiling fan). It is an upstairs unit over a business but I never heard or saw anyone while I was on property. I would say it is a perfect couples get away or a nice retreat if you are coming by boat to visit Georgetown.

I rented the unit for my mom and Michael was so sweet to help us out. He was very attentive to our needs. He even helped my mom move some of her stuff. I would highly recommend renting Michael's space. My mom talked about how clean it was and easy to get to. So if you're headed to Myrtle Beach I would definitely use Michael.

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

This condo is couple perfect! Beautifully appointed and better than described. Had every amenity you could need. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The hosts were super responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Carries place was very clean, modern and absolutely adorable! We felt like we were at home in this space! Check in was a breeze as well as check out!! Parking was a little crowded but that is the only negative thing I have to say about our stay! The hotel was beautiful, the pools and pool decks were clean and the poolside DJ was so much fun! We will definitely stay at Carrie’s place again

This condo met all our needs. My wife and I were looking for a place to enjoy the beach for celebrating our anniversary, and this location/unit delivered! It is as close to the beach as you can get, also with a beautiful view looking north up Myrtle Beach. I was worried it might be loud with so many other units all around, but we had no noise complaints or disturbances during our stay.

Beautiful home very spacious and super clean. They respond quickly and it's very easy to check in. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Host was easy to communicate. Space was enough for myself n my 2 friends n the beds was EXTRA comfortable even the sofa.

The place was great and ocean front. We were right on the beach. The views were amazing. We were within walking distance of so many things! Would definitely recommend!

Heathers place was amazing. The home was very clean, and in a quiet and beautiful area. The view from the deck was amazing, you could see the golf course and river right outside. Check in was quick and easy, and her response time was great. I highly recommend this stay, we will be booking again next time we are in town.

Very nice condo. Great host and I suggest this for anyone visiting Pawley’s Island. Good location and very quiet.

The place was great! The hosts responded very fast and even gave us an early check-in time the first day! Very clean and stocked with essentials. Also very easy beach access along with indoor/outdoor pools which was so fun! We loved our weekend stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was gorgeous, very clean, modern, cozy. It is one of the best places at Myrtle beach. He paid attention to small details. We have been to many hotels/ resorts there but Timothy’s place is everything you need and then some. I will stay at this place every time I go to MB,

Really nice place! Anna was extremely responsive! My family and I loved the area, amenities and pool! My kids loved their room and bunk beds. We really loved that some games were provided. It was so nice to have coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. This unit is a bit of a walk from the pool so prepare for that or take your car if you have it. We had a great time and it was definitely worth the stay!

Dena was a great host—very informative of the area and very responsive—-we had a little issue of getting locked out but she was able to fix it very quickly —would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend Dena as a host!!!!

This was our first time staying here and we were so impressed with the whole experience starting with my contact with Stacey. She was quick to respond and was very informative. The unit is beautiful, the views from the balcony were amazing, and the resort was incredible. We are hoping to make this our new go to vacation spot. We had the best week ever staying here.

Great location to stay in Myrtle Beach. Quick access to Broadway at the Beach and any amenities needed. Also dead center for anyone who likes going to North Myrtle and Murrell’s Inlet.

Kelly is a fantastic host! Quick to respond and spot-on description of the accommodations and amenities! Kelly provided recommendations on restaurants and things to do from her own personal experiences! We have stayed in Myrtle before and won’t look anywhere else when we plan our return!

My family and I normally book somewhere else but now this is my home away from home. The place was Clean, beds were comfortable and clean, and the kids were happy. The laundry area could use an update other than that don’t hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed.
