Monthly Rentals in Leckanvy

We were a group of hill walkers who stayed at Rachel’s place over a Bank Holiday weekend. What a fantastic spot, amazing views of the sea in front and Croke Patrick behind. We climbed Croke Patrick on the Saturday and enjoyed a well earned pint of Guinness in Campbell’s on our descent. The next evening we walked to the Tavern and had a delicious meal (great veggie options!). The house was spacious, had everything we needed and we felt instantly at home. Rachel was very accommodating regarding the dates of our booking and communication with her and Louise was friendly and fast. We would definitely do a return visit.

Our A Frame stay was perfect! Highly recommend! A great base from which to explore hiking Wild Nephin National Park and located in an absolutely stunning area - gorgeous coastal views to one side and beautiful Mountain View’s to the other. Super close to Westport and groceries, dining, etc. if needed. The cabin is immaculately clean, modern design and amenities, and plenty of room for meal prep. Really pretty light and views. Abundant hot water and heat, washer, dryer, and dishwasher all brand new and work great. Comfy cozy bed and couches/chairs. Serene outdoor spaces and surrounds in a private yard that feels secluded but safe at the end of a lane with charming farmhouses. Brendan is responsive and helpful host. We loved our stay and would stay again if we’re in the area in the future!

The room was lovely the photos didn’t do it justice much nicer in reality. It was spotlessly clean. The check in was hassle free and after a few hours climbing it was great to arrive and find tea and coffee and chocolate, I was delighted. The house is so close to Croagh Patrick which was brilliant and I’d read the reviews and the restaurant down the road which was also very close and the food was great. We had a lovely time and I’d definitely like to stay there again

The Annex is a tiny treasure, tucked in the shadow of the Reek. Helen's instructions to guide us to the space were detailed and quite humorous! We were overjoyed by the tidy, cheerful, and restful space. Helen and Luis were outstanding folks: outgoing, kind, hospitable, and FUN! The breakfast was perfect (and home-baked: wow)! We really enjoyed our too-brief stay.
