Enjoyed staying at Cole’s place. Clean and had everything we needed. Easy to navigate to other places around town.

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. We were in Leadville for a family wedding. The home had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. The host was easy to communicate with and everything was as described. It was off the beaten path just enough to have that "out of town" feel. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering visiting the area!
