Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Leadville North

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living spaces were cozy and inviting, and the stunning Mountain View was truly the cherry on top. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close to everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the basement with the TV, which quickly became their favorite hangout spot. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and gave great recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

This place is great! Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, the river, and lots of kids to do - skate park, pump track, etc. very cozy and comfortable; everything you need is provided. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay by the river. It was a beautiful house with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We have fun at the house playing games and hanging out. Dellynn was communicative and responsive when I had questions! We would visit again!

This home was absolutely beautiful & perfect for what we were looking for. We had plans in Colorado Springs but didn’t want to stay in the city. This was a little over an hour out but only 20 mins from another small town for groceries & restaurants. We loved spending each night cooking together in the kitchen and relaxing in the hot-tub looking out at the sunset & stars. They even allowed our fur babies to be with us! So clean, comfortable & peaceful for a weekend getaway.

Kate's listing was as-advertised and met all of my family's needs. Easy access, simple check-in and out, spacious, and well-appointed. There's a fabulous public playground (River Park) just 1.5 miles south on Highway 9. We appreciated the communications and grace with our request for a late check-out. A terrific listing and host!

The house was perfect for our needs. Walkable distance to town, river, and eating places. Great place to enjoy hiking, shopping, and relaxing. The house was amazing, with space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 7 with pets! Kasey was extremely flexible, allowing us to check in early and was very responsive. She checked in multiple times with us throughout our stay which was very nice! The home is exactly as described and very beautiful. We had no issues and everything was very clean. Very well stocked for supplies/appliances also, only needed to buy groceries! We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The place was kept extremely clean, is fully stocked with anything you might need and is close to Main Street. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Loved staying at this place, it was right on the river which was perfect! We were able to enjoy fishing from the property and lake close by. It was a very quiet neighborhood and would love to stay here again.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

It was a lovely experience. Everything was wonderful and the host had the best recommendations and made the best little booklet. They made everything straightforward. 100% would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain cabin! It’s surrounded by million-dollar views of the mountains and forest, with frequent sightings of deer and chipmunks that made the experience even more magical. The cabin feels secluded and peaceful—no other cabins are too close—but it’s still an easy, well-maintained drive to Fairplay and another nearby town for groceries or supplies. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers an authentic, quiet mountain getaway with epic views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for both individuals and families.

Due to low competition and a decent price point compared to competition this place does well. I would rate it 3-4 stars based on just the mere location. The rating goes to 4-5 with the view you don’t get in Denver and the hot tub. Negatives- right off the highway so your heart rate goes up entering and leaving. There’s no shampoo just some cheap dollar store soap which I guess you can use for shampoo. Up to you.. bring your own if you want. Not really a tranquille mountain getaway as there’s a cabin infront of your nice Mountain View(not shown in the photos) and the sound of the highway outside. Positives- Hot tub with nice Mountain View’s, which make you forget about the highway noise and hopefully you fill it with good conversation with whoever you’re with. The prairie dogs scurrying around out back are cute. Conclusion- I have to say the hot tub saved it. Keep the hot tub maintained and people will be happy.

Our group had a great time at David’s cabin. The place is cozy with amazing view. Easy access to low angle terrain for backcountry skiing.

Such a magical experience. I felt so disconnected and able to reset. I spent most of the time outside coloring by the river, doing reiki, enjoying the hot springs, and staring at the stars. They hung a birthday banner for my friend and left champagne. They even left us a personalized note. Even kinder, they let us stay a bit later than checkout :) I will def stay here again!
