We spent 4 nights at Villa Borghese and communicated with Marianna, who met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived. Marianna was an absolute delight, from beginning to end! She greeted us at the door with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. Marianna then continued to assist us with everything from arranging airport transfers to restaurant reservations all over the city; and we loved every spot we dined at -- each establishment had its own unique vibe and cuisine! The apartment was pristine, in a quiet-residential neighborhood, featuring high ceilings, coffered white walls, picturesque windows with electric shades, and modern kitchen with high- end appliances. We loved our stay at Villa Borghese and would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely unparalleled! Beautiful home in an amazing location overlooking Trajan’s Column. Almost all the historic sites are within walking distance. The hosts are incredibly gracious, thoughtful, responsive and so helpful in organizing tours, restaurants and even a spa! The home is truly an oasis where coming home at the end of the day was so relaxing. Aperitivos on the terrace overlooking the lights of Rome is breathtaking. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Thank you to our host, who met us at very short notice when our other accommodation didn't work out. Welcoming, informative, secure, close to great restaurants, really comfortable, walking distance to attractions. firm beds with comfortable bedding, lots of space and a movie cinema to boot! 3 bathrooms, functional kitchen, light, bright and airy. also great heating for our winter stay. As a side note, the piano is more a piece of art than a playable instrument. lucky, ir we may never have very tyred out!

We stayed here the last week in May 2025, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Check-in and check out: we were met at the time of our arrival, and the host welcomed us warmly, showed us the apartment, including controls and key features, and made sure to answer all our questions. Shortly thereafter, we received a message with recommendations for restaurants that we asked about. Check out was equally efficient and responsive, and the hosts graciously worked with us on a late departure time convenient for us. The apartment: Exactly as the pictures show, and more! The apartment was lovely, super clean, and with all the conveniences you could possibly want. The private pool was an absolute delight after a long day of exploration in the Roman sun, and there are many great dining options within a 5 min walk. In sum, this apartment is all about the Main Character Energy! It is centrally located, and a wonderful base for your Roman holiday. Don't hesitate to book!

We were a large group of people, and stayed for a week. We brought our own staff, and booked a separate villa for them, which was available on the property, and made everything much easier. The communication between the owner and us was amazing, same goes for Veronica, the person in charge of communication at the property. She went out of her way, to make sure we had the best at stay possible, and helped out with a lot of extras. Every one of the guests was amazed by the condition, interior, cleanliness, and amenities of the villa. Would recommend 10/10 times, - we had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for having us.

AMAZING! Our family had an incredible stay at Le Case de Andrea. The place is incredible, and the service is 5 star. You will feel like royalty. Location is great, apartment is gorgeous, rooftop is a gem, and beds are so comfortable. This place will be very hard to top, and we’ve stayed at many Airbnbs! Thank you Andrea, Alessandro & co!
