A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Great location! Close to the subway and a very quiet area! The host was always very friendly and accessible with check-in and check-out times! The space had everything we needed!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

It was a one night stay for 2 and it was perfect. We had a morning flight so I wanted a place that was close to the airport and yet walkable to restaurants. This fit the criteria perfectly. It was helpful that Antonio arranged private car service to the airport. It was timely and at a great price. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Host was incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, positive and full of energy! :) Place was very clean, organized, comfortable, well furnished and deserves all the praise possible. Zero issues, get's an easy 5/5 ☆ rating!

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Francesco's house for 2 days. It's a little difficult for someone visiting Rome for the first time to find, but I think I'll find it here if I visit Rome again. 1. Service: Francesco is really kind. He always responded quickly to the messages I sent, and when I talked about what I needed, he resolved it right away. 2. Clean and stylish house: The house was so beautiful and had an antique charm. It was also very clean and all the items were neatly arranged. In addition, it is a very large space that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. 3. Nearby restaurants: I visited a restaurant called Lo Sgobbone Da Pippo, which was a 5-minute walk away, and it was fantastic. If you want to experience a local restaurant, I highly recommend it.

Giancarlo is a great host. The environment is comfortable, clean and well located. There is an elevator in the building, air conditioning in the room. It is located 10 minutes from Termini station. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay in Rome- saving it for next time! Bed was SO comfortable; air conditioning worked perfectly! Modern stylish bathroom and safe and quiet courtyard location. We were only there one night before flying out to Bari but wish I had been able to enjoy the bathtub! Lots of fresh towels and being able to use the common area was a nice bonus. Host and room are nice!

We had a fantastic stay at Serena’s place. Communication was smooth from the start. Serena gave us travel advice before we arrived and made everything easy. The room is lovely and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle, and access to a private garden with a lemon tree - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Serena went above and beyond: she booked us a table to watch a football match, brought us croissants in the morning, and shared great local tips. The neighbourhood is peaceful but full of life, with great bars and restaurants, and only 15–20 minutes by Metro to Termini. Staying here gave us the best of both worlds - easy access to central Rome and a relaxing, authentic area to come home to. We’d definitely stay again!
