Great appartement 5min from Roma Termini station. It had everything we needed and the terrasse was wonderful. Marco was a great host and we really enjoued his restaurant recommandations nearby.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Alberto is an amazing host who let us check in early to go sight seeing. Amazing restaurants and bars right near the flat. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighbourhood, location is walkable to city centre, shops and restaurants are also nearby. Host was super responsive and gave lots of tips and recommendations. The elevator was quite small but handy for suitcases, we mainly walked up/down the stairs anyways except for check in/check out. We loved having two sinks in the bathroom, the only downside was the blanket wasn’t in an enclosed cover, it was covered with two flat sheets which kept sliding off the duvet. Thanks Ale for the stay!

We were greeted by Svena and spent one night. Ideal for a refreshing break from the Roman hustle and bustle. Very close to the beach, restaurants and train station

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Carolina’s apartment. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Both rooms have air conditioning. The terrace is absolutely magical — we spent every evening there There is just one important thing to keep in mind: the apartment is on a high floor and the staircase is quite steep. It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility The location is absolutely perfect, right by the Campo de fiori. Almost all the main sights and historic landmarks are within walking distance. It’s also very easy to reach the apartment from the airport Carolina is a truly wonderful and welcoming host. She responds to all questions instantly I highly recommend both the apartment and Carolina!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to both metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome super easy. From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. The host was amazing—very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

We came to stay as a young family with our 10 month old daughter. Matteo is a great host and very communicative. The apartment is situated close to shops and restaurants, with lots to do in the city. It is accessed up some steps then has a larger staircase or very small lift to the first floor (we weren't able to use with a pram). It was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy in the evening. There is a coffee machine (no kettle but a hob) and a large travel cot (suitable to at least 2 years old), fridge and sink. The air conditioning worked very well. Good location, close to Vatican City and around 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum. We would be happy to recommend with 5 stars!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

A brilliant apartment for couples or solo travellers eager to explore Rome, but looking to stay out the hustle and bustle of the centre. Looks exactly light the photos – clean, airy, light and plenty of amenities. Valentina was a great host, providing prompt and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again when I next visit Rome!

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

The apartment was new, modern, clean and well furnished! Just like in the photos, we can absolutely recommend it!

This was our first Airbnb experience. The reviews were spot on. Mark is an excellent host and Rodel the property manager was extremely helpful. We loved everything about the apartment. It’s location is so close to all the action, yet you don’t get all of the street noise. Everything about this stay was fantastic. All the best to you Mark and Rodel!
