Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Location, location, location! And the view it’s out of this world! We’re so excited we run into this place and into Sperlonga. This place is so dreamy! It’s worth every penny, and truth to be told, we almost made a reservation at the hotel Aurora nearby, luckily my husband didn’t like that and we ended up finding this place on Airbnb. So much better! The view is stunning, the room is nice, very Italian and clean. The host, Muna, a true lady, we loved her. I can’t recommend this place enough! You won’t be disappointed.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

This place was our favorite in our whole trip. We wished we had so many more days to stay in Cristano's beautiful place! The town itself is so charming, and the house had everything we needed and was close to everything. We are already talking about when we can come back 😊

Very great location. Lots of stairs pack light. Not the cleanest. Organized but not clean, floors were not mopped. Kitchen was not cleaned. Oven was very dirty. Needs new appliances. For the price we were expecting better. Was very responsive, allowed us to get more towels. Towels were clean!! We were able to drop off luggage earlier! But no later checkout even 30 min. Cleaning lady was at our door @ 10am. And owner calling at 10:15 to get out.

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

Amazing apartment with a great host

INCREDIBLE PLACE!! We only had one night here but it was very special. Parking was tricky and you get nervous driving so close to the bridge. The photo of where to turn for the parking lot was extremely helpful. Chiara was available by messaging to help. She sent pictures of how to check in which made it easy. The place looks just like the photos. Chiara also made dinner reservations for us at La taverna di Civita bistro which had incredible food. The private balcony was the our favorite part. We drank wine from the cellar and enjoyed the incredible view. The town is quiet in the evenings which adds to the ambiance. DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!

Such a wonderful apt! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is huge, very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay while we were in Rome!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The neighborhood is walkable to all the major sites (although distance to Vatican recommends itself to an Uber or the train), but is far more peaceful than a hotel adjacent to the most touristy parts of the city. Eva is incredibly responsive and helpful - she even left an adapter for us when ours didn’t work. Her suggestions for local restaurants were great (we highly recommend Broccoletti for dinner and Regoli for pastries and a traditional stand up coffee bar). The apartment itself was terrific and surprisingly quiet.

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizia and Antonio’s apartment. We were very comfortable there. They made check in very easy and provided clear directions with photos for how to get to the apartment. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed from snacks/water to power converters. They also provided great food recommendations in the neighborhood. We tried 3 local places they recommended and had wonderful experiences. The neighborhood felt safe and it was very convenient to the metro. We would stay again if we return to Rome! Thanks for a great experience!

We loved our stay in Marco’s place , beautiful view from the apartment & he was a wonderful host to us . He alerted us that the pope would be around and we got to see him . Beautiful apartment and very clean , had everything we needed , grocery store within walking and close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer .

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful.
