Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Lazio

Andrea&Fabrizio have been amazingly helpful and kind!The apartment looked stunning and the location was brilliant!! Close to local Deli(which is out of this world),plenty of other great boutiques, tourist attractions and more. Great spot for those who love food, great wine, shopping, shopping and shopping! One of the rare cases, when everything was just perfect. Appartment is located just nearby Vatican museum in a quite street. Building is nice, has small gate doors before entering building. Appartment is spotless clean, spacious, two twin beds, two bathrooms. There is also washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Good soundproofing - we did not hear neighbours and with outter blinds closed - almost no disturbance from outside was heard. Each bedroom has air conditioning unit. Location itself is ideal when travelling with a child - metro and bus stops are nearby, great restaurants, a lot of sites are at walking distance. Both hosts - Luca and Michelle are extremely helpful, responsive, trying to make stay as comfortable as possible. As an extra bonus - Luca provided with a list of nice restaurants, bars and cafes - we visited several of them and they were outstanding. An ideal place to stay to have a stressless vacation.

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

We had such a fabulous stay. The neighbourhood is wonderful with a great selection of restaurants. The apartment exceeded expectations, it was immaculately clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Nadia was an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay in Rome!

Francesca was always super helpful with useful recommendations and always available to answer our questions. The space is located in an excellent location that allowed us to walk around Rome easily. In addition, the apartment has everything we need, and the only thing we felt was the floor a little dirty but nothing problematic. Thank you, Francesca, for having us :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Lovely appartment and clean with everything we needed. The location was perfect, could walk to pretty much anything we visited. Marco was very quick to communicate with us if we needed assistance and extremely helpful.

Monica’s place is a gem in the middle of Rome. It is so central and we walked everywhere. The apartment is quite stylish and unique with a delicate interior in an antique setting. It was also very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The service and attentiveness Monica provided was also above anything I have experienced. From our first contact with Monica, she responded quickly with lots of valuable advice and information and always in a positive and friendly way. Even though we never met in person, we feel like we are close friends. Monica was very generous with information about what to do. She even sent us a hand drawn map and detailed instructions for appliances in the apartment and restaurants and lots of other useful information about Rome. We highly recommend this location if you plan on spending several days in Rome. Monica will take good care of you!

Mario, friendly and available. Accommodation for those arriving by car from the North, also very convenient to reach the Olympic stadium by car. Recommended!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Perfect little house with an amazing view over the valley

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

The great experience started before entering the Airbnb. Quick responses and following up to make sure all was understood and my check in was going well. The apartment has a great spacious layout and added details that helped us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Aside from the Airbnb, the host was very attentive and detailed.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.
