Holiday rentals with beach access in Lazio

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Homaira was so kind with recommendations and setting up transportation to and from the Airbnb! Thank you so much!

We stayed only for a night before leaving Rome due to proximity to the airport. Riccardo had great communication. Easy to find and to check in. There was a clean toddler cot available and riccardo added some toys to one of the rooms for our children which was really appreciated.

We enjoyed a one night stay at the apartment and found it very comfortable and as described. We were able to check out a little later than requested which was much appreciated.

Beautiful stay at Salvatore's, who is a lovely host. The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the quiet and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and to spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

This place is charming, clean well equipped and perfect for a day or night before a flight. Claudio is such a gracious and helpful host. He offers airport pickups and drop off which is convenient. He also lives close by and can help with anything when needed. He and his wife make sure you’re comfortable and you have everything you need. Lovely people! The house itself has everything you need and more. The front yard has nice outdoor seating to relax. The neighborhood has many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay near the airport.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great time in this apartment. the view was amazing and we loved sitting on the terrace to watch the sunset. the apartment is super close to two supermarkets and some restaurants. the bus stop is also 100m from the apartment and it takes you straight to the Port. Cala Gaetano Is very close (steep descent) but beautiful. the check in was really flexible and easy and we were met from the bus stop. the only problem that we encountered was that the WiFi was a little weak (we had 4G so it wasn't a huge issue). the apartment was very clean. we will definitely stay here again when we return to Ponza! 😃

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

Mena welcomed us, near the apartment, and led us there. Upon arrival we were amazed by the spectacle that was offered to us: a dream terrace overlooking the gulf before us... just as published on the site. Everything really extraordinary: location, cleanliness, courtesy and interesting contacts for boat trips and more. TRUST US!!!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! it was a very short stay for us, but a great stay. it was fantastic.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
