Monthly Rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent. It's comfortable, bright, quiet, everything works perfectly. We were greeted by Helena, who was very kind at all times. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Overall the apartment was great, it was in a good and diverse neighborhood, walkable to so many things (grocery store, restaurants, cafes + metro/bus). The building has an elevator which was a great plus and also had AC in unit which during a hot summer in Madrid is valuable lol The low ceilings was a bit annoying to navigate so something to consider for tall people. I’m short so it was bearable — I had to crawl into the bedroom (loft upstairs) and kitchen has low ceilings but living room and bathroom are normal. There was a lot of construction going on for the month I was there (this is no one’s fault) just mentioning I could hear a lot of the noise. Overall, would stay here again :)

Overall, great apartment very nice to stay. The area is really nice and very close to ammenities, restaurants and central station Atocha. Marta responds really quick, eager to help in any question. My only feedback is perhaps making sure flat has enough listed supplies before a guest arrive (no oil, no coffee, no salt, few soap leaft). The other comment is not fault of the flat but just to be mindful this is in a busy area some neighbours are not very quiet at night.

Nice apartment to stay at in Madrid if you’re looking for a lock up and go so you can explore Madrid. My girlfriend and I had a really lovely stay.
