Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you may need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña, yet an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the Gran Vía. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Victor and his wife Liubiam are excellent hosts. The accommodation is located in a very funeral area of Madrid. I only walked to see the city's main monuments and attractions. Close to the Atocha railway station, you can reach various places of interest in the area by train. Excellent cleanliness. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the photographs. I would definitely go back.

Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

This was a great base for our month-long stay. Joana was a great host. Communication with her was clear and easy and she was helpful answering our questions. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for us to unpack and put our suitcases away. The location is very convenient with the metro stop, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants closeby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Airbnb.

Great place close to the Atocha train station ☺️ There are lots of cafes and bars around to grab a bite to eat and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a bit noisy as for some reason the garbage is picked up and cans are cleaned during the night but overall we enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and helpful and we would recommend the place. Thank you!

This apartment is a gem in the heart of Madrid. Safe, central, great walkable areas nearby. It has all needed amenities for a nice stay in Madrid! Recommended! Close to supermarkets, great food all around, museums, parks, train stations! Perfect to experience the city’s culture! Wonderful! The super (doorman) in charged of the building was super friendly and helpful. Everyone in the building was nice and super polite. No noise, nice to sleep great after enjoying the city all day! Great water pressure and endless hot water!

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

The apartment is very well located, in a very lively neighborhood. It is new, very well maintained and clean. It is on the 4th floor and therefore sunny. With the air conditioning, it is pleasant, even in hot weather.

Gloria’s apartment was great to stay in. It’s a lovely location with lots of great restaurants. Especially good if you like vintage shopping! Would definitely recommend. Also, communication was very quick. Thanks Gloria!

Overall, it's very good. Madrid is not big, and it's easy to take a taxi; When I checked in, I encountered the problem of the water heater breaking down. The host was very proactive in solving the problem, and finally the problem was successfully solved; There are bunk beds, queen beds and sofa beds for the three of us to sleep well; The extra check-in time is very expensive, I hope it's cheaper.

This is the best place to stay. Accessibility and price cleanliness are perfect. I really want Koreans to stay here. The accommodation itself is a very similar structure to a Korean officetel.

Overall, great apartment very nice to stay. The area is really nice and very close to ammenities, restaurants and central station Atocha. Marta responds really quick, eager to help in any question. My only feedback is perhaps making sure flat has enough listed supplies before a guest arrive (no oil, no coffee, no salt, few soap leaft). The other comment is not fault of the flat but just to be mindful this is in a busy area some neighbours are not very quiet at night.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you a great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paola's ground floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and modern, with a very comfy bed.Air con and washing machine came in very handy. Easy walk to supermarkets, transport links and city highlights. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay :)

We are very pleased with our stay! The location is excellent and yet quiet.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.
