Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lavapiés, Centro

Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

Excellent place. A very nice, clean and comfortable place. The hosts are a 10. Marisol is an exceptional person who is very concerned about your comfort, giving you breakfast and trying her dishes and offering you help with everything. In addition, the house is always clean and shining. Great Spanish house!

Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

Staying at Mercedes' place was very cool! She's a friendly and an easygoing person with a beautiful energy! One of the things that really touched me was how kind and open Mercedes was with my little son. It's not something that you always expect, and it honestly meant a lot to me. She created such a welcoming atmosphere not just for me, but for him as well.

Lola is a great host. The apartment is located near the main attractions, easily reached on foot. Lola was very kind, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend it, I would definitely come again.

To be honest everything about the apartment was great and we loved it. with the exception that there is a small park in front of the apartment where a lot of high/drunk foreigners spend all day and all night there. Although police was regularly there I still was worried about my girlfriend every time we got home after a party or late at night. Thank god nothing happened to us but I don’t recommend that apartment if you are a women.

loved this place! charming, artistic and very well stocked home in one of the best locations in Madrid. very pleasant neighborhood, ideally placed between Retiro/Salamanca on one side and Centro and La Latina on the other. Viruga is a warm and very responsive host. she provided valuable and very timely assistance on all our inquiries. highly recommend!

Jorge was extremely responsive during the whole process. They were flexible with us for an early check in since we arrived early and was willing to accommodate every need we had! The space was clean and cozy and right in the heart of Madrid. We only needed the space for one night for a long layover but we enjoyed how accessible and available it was as well as Jorge being so nice and helpful for whatever we needed! Jorge met us at the space upon check in and also had a beautiful little sponge cake waiting for us which was a great touch :) I would definitely recommended anybody traveling to book this spot and if I find myself needing a space again in Madrid I will look for this same place!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Madrid! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect – the location couldn’t be better! It’s right in the center of Madrid, walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport. You truly feel like you’re in the middle of it all. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Communication was smooth and fast, which made the whole stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Great experience all around!

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

It is a super quiet and very central pedestrian area. It's close to everything. Celia is very close and is always attentive

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Lovely spot for a short overnight :)

The location is excellent for reaching all the main attractions of Madrid on foot, the entrance is located in one of the corners of Plaza Mayor. Sissi is kind and helpful. The room is small but the shared living room with the host is large and welcoming. Considering the cost, it's an excellent solution for a short visit to the city.
