Great location for fun

This was a comfortable long-stay (31N) with good amenities and a highly-responsive host. The pool was an excellent perk on hot Vegas afternoon.

Matt’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants around. It is about 5 minutes walk to bus stop where you can take the bus to the Strip (or a ~15 mins drive). The room contains a private bathroom and appliances as described. Matt was also very responsive and proactive in communications. He tried to explain everything in great detail to make things straightforward. Overall a great experience and would recommend this place to all solo travelers.

awesome house the only disappointment was that I wish the shower had a little bit more pressure but besides that this was awesome.
