Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Las Vegas

Our all time favorite Airbnb experience by far! Everything was perfect and the home looked even better in person than the photos. Backyard was a pool/grill out chill place dream come true. Oh and the beds were amaaazzziing!

Osmar was a fantastic host and the property is great and spacious for get togethers. My band was in town performing at Area15, so it was a great oasis for an easy hang and relaxing hq before and after our gig. The location isn’t too far from the strip or Fremont so it was a relatively affordable ride share to any nightlife in LV. But it’s far away enough to have a truly peaceful sleep with many people. I also have to note how accommodating Osmar is - as they did the best they could to help my group out when some of us arrived into town extremely early. I realize an early check-in can’t be accommodated every time since it really depends on how much cleaning there needs to be done, but Osmar managed to get us in early and for that we are greatly appreciative. I’d highly recommend this place as an option

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

Nerida's place is great. It's perfectly located, close to Las Vegas Strip and supermarkets such as Walmart. Nice bedroom and kitchen, it includes all the required stuff. Totally recommended.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Jesuric and his team were super helpful and responsive! The house was great and the pool was a lovely addition in the Las Vegas heat. We came during a weather-crazy time, but overall the experience was great and the house was so clean and tidy. Being in the neighborhood helped us be close to family, too. Can't wait to visit again!

Cindy’s place was perfect for my Vegas trip. Only 15 minutes from the strip, which was great because it was peaceful but not far away from all the fun. The local restaurants nearby were amazing too. Everything was clean and it had everything you need for a comfortable trip. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was perfect. 10/10, would highly recommend staying here for your next vegas trip.

This place was a real great find! Close enough to uber to the strip but far enough out to have some peace. Perfect for doggies too. Will definitely be coming back!

First Time In Vegas And Omg Absolutely Was An Amazing Stay Love The Location And Every Time I Messaged Marco & Gabriela About Anything They Responded And Answered All Questions Will Definitely Be Visiting Again

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!

This was our second time staying at Cesar’s guest suite. We love this place and it’s always a great experience! We will surely be back!

Val’s place was as described, it’s a very intimate space. Perfect for two medium size people. There is a dog that likes to talk in his native tongue that may interrupt your rest though. The kitchen was fun to cook in. The bathroom was pretty and clean. Now as for hot water and shower pressure, you better get in and out quickly before things change. Everything else is good. We enjoyed our stay and was able to move around town fairly well. Thanks again for your warm, picture perfect, cozy space!

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. We loved the stay! Master window overlooks the Spear, so the kids really enjoyed that!! Great for families that want to enjoy the pool area without having to walk through the casino.

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

Host was wonderful. Informative, responsive, and engaging. The ability to check in early was amazing. Close enough to the strip to enjoy the amenities, far enough to feel at peace at the end of every night.

Condo was excellent in every way. Easy check in and out. Great communication. Two bathrooms (love that!), cold and hot water dispenser set, Kuerig and breakfast cereals as well as snacks. The location for us was ideal. Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted on the strip as well as the Sphere for a concert. The pool was lovely and it was nice to just walk outside to it instead of the usual wander through a casino. Would love to come back yearly.

We love staying at the Vdara. So walkable to any hotel/casino on the strip. The suite is as described. Clean, comfortable and more than enough linens/towels for our week stay. In addition , Jewel was always easy to communicate with. She’s proactive. Everything I had to know/instructions prior to and during our stay from check in to check out were clear. She is the most responsive host I have encountered on Airbnb. This is coming from an experienced Airbnb customer…I have been a member for over a decade and have had over 50 rentals on Airbnb. Thanks so much! We are certainly going to try to solely rent your suite when in Vegas!
