Holiday rentals with a sauna in Las Vegas

There was plenty of space for the 6 of us at Cathy's place. Everything is nicely labeled, the beds were comfy, the showers were great, and checkout instructions were easy. Definitely plan to stay here again.

We will be going back for sure! Great place to relax off the strip but a quick walk, shuttle, or uber to everything.

Great location, amazing host

This was the perfect place for me and my two friends to spend the weekend in Vegas for a friend’s wedding. The condo was spotlessly clean, had comfortable furniture and nice hot showers, with great A/C for the hot Vegas days. The dedicated parking spot outside the unit was useful since we had a rental car. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Our stay was wonderful, any questions or concerns that we had were answered very quickly. the pool area was clean, I would stay here again.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of the strip. It’s worth checking out the amenities at the Cosmopolitan which is attached. So many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk and a Walgreens. Room was comfortable and met all our needs.

Great place to stay for EDC if you take the Rio Shuttle. The walk was only one block away!

Very convenient and close to the strip without the crowds. Clean and well maintained property. While it is a time-share property, the sales team was not pushy or obtrusive. The one bedroom unit was spacious and includes all the furnishings you might need. I highly recommend the rental.

LaToya was very responsive and able to assist us with our accommodations. The unit was clean and quiet. Onsite market place and coffee stand made it easy and convenient for food/drink needs.

This was a great location! Pool and lazy river were perfect for the kids. Shuttle to the strip was helpful. The only downside, the rooms were not soundproof. We could hear all activity going on in the room beside us. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Place was better than pictures, and description. Michelle was one of the best host, we’ve had. Highly recommend location especially if attending a conference at the Las Vegas convention center. She was very prompt and proactive with communications. Even checked in with us right away after we got there . Vegas is hot in August but ac was great.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our family of four. The location, set away from the Las Vegas Strip, was ideal—quiet and free from the heavy traffic and crowds. We really appreciated the peaceful setting while still being close enough to enjoy the city's highlights.

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

I had a great time, I loved the ambiance. Also the sun rises facing the bed for beautiful natural light in the sunrises!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and as described. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we spent a lot of time relaxing and soaking it all in. We loved having the grill to cook out, which made our evenings even better. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, and felt safe. The location was just a quick Uber ride to the Strip, which made getting around easy. The host was friendly and responsive. The host even provided recommendations for the area. Check in was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of 8—plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It really felt like a great spot for a getaway. When we arrived, the pool wasn’t in the best shape, which was a little disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked. That said, the host was very responsive and had it cleaned quickly, which we truly appreciated. We did lose a day of pool time, but the quick follow-up helped. Just a heads-up for future guests: the $300/day fee to heat the pool/jacuzzi felt pretty high. For that area pool heating usually costs average around $50/day, so the markup (about 500%) stood out. It’s something to consider when planning your budget. Aside from that, it would’ve been a solid 5-star experience and we’d definitely recommend the home overall.!

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

Em’s property was the perfect stay for our Vegas trip. Fourteen people were easily accommodated. Em is a very responsive and helpful host. So glad we booked here.

Great home and wonderful property. The pictures are true to how everything looks both inside and out. Very spacious with enough room/beds for large groups. Had a great stay!
