This old-fashioned diner, owned by a single mom, serves hearty meals that last all day. Their eggs Benedict, with fresh spinach, avocado, and homemade skillet potatoes, is a standout. Watching “CoCo” cook—his energy is unmatched—is an experience! Get there early; we went twice, and it was packed. Consider contributing to The Local Joint’s “pay it forward” option. A $10 donation covers a meal for someone in need. This region of North Carolina was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The destruction is heartbreaking, but the community is rebuilding. Many businesses and walking trails remain closed, so keep that in mind.

My son and I stayed here for one night, and we wish we could have stayed longer! I absolutely loved this home and wish I could live there full-time. We felt completely at home and lacked for nothing. I called my husband to tell him that I found the perfect place to stay when we visit Brevard again. I can't wait to come back and share this wonderful little cottage with my husband! We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Nice quiet spot walkable to downtown Weaverville. Easy drive to Asheville. Jay's instructions were super simple and easy to understand. I appreciate his communication and assistance!

Big backyard was perfect for the dogs. The Cottage was just as described Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. We contacted Brandon once for broken blowdryer and he offered to run one over in a couple hours. Very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again

This cottage is perfect! It is located in a quiet area. Francia's place is perfect for a weekend getaway with your dog. My miniature Schnauzer used the doggy door immediately. She loved the backyard. Everything about this place is comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

This by far is one of our favorite places. We frequently visit Hendersonville and we hit the jackpot when we found this cute little cottage that was superiorly clean. Dale and Kelli are as friendly as we could ever imagine. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage. Definitely beats a hotel room.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancés birthday in Saluda as well as staying at Karen and Katie’s place. It’s an absolute adorable house that was perfect for the two of us and our service dog. Location was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely go back!

Roger's place was wonderful. It was close to the wedding venue for the wedding we attended. The beds were comfortable and home was very cozy. I would stay here again when back in NC.

What a perfect spot! Our little family, including our dog, loved David’s place. The fenced in back yard & well stocked kitchen were highlights. As others have noted, it is on a busy road, but from the backyard you can’t really tell — it feels very private. We would absolutely come back and stay again.

The property was impeccably well-appointed for humans too, with a cozy atmosphere and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend, including lemon pound cake from local bakery, snacks and many coffee options We were thrilled to discover that it was within walking distance to a dog-friendly coffee shop Overall exceeded our expectations and for those who wonder it DOES NOT smell like dogs stayed there !!!!

Jen was a great host! My wife and I stayed in Asheville for the weekend as her birthday gift and we can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the space. The views were great, the screened in back porch was peaceful, and my wife LOVED seeing and talking to the cows!

Place is awesome, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes away from Asheville Downtown. Beautiful home, super great equipped (outstanding!). Marion was very helpful as instructions were very clear and she was available to answer a couple of quick questions we had during our stay. For those visiting Asheville area, I cant think of a better place to stay.

The space has been intentionally planned and decorated for a wonderful experience. It is warm and welcoming, sparkled from top to bottom, with plenty of storage and all the amenities you need to feel home away from home. We will definitely reserve the cozy cabin again!
