Monthly Rentals in La Veleta

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s place in Tulum. She was such a helpful host and always replied quickly. What a view from BOTH patios (one private, one community patio)! The fantastic birdsong from the jungle — get the Merlin app and see who you are hearing! Smells of fresh bread baking in the morning, nearby bodegas and many lovely restaurants and cafes (go get some croissants!!) This trip was fantastic! Very good location and very walkable. Go walk down to Holistikah (sp?) and see the art in the jungle. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, people and wildlife (& food)in Tulum! Cindy, thank you!

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Great communication:) Very clean accommodation and free bike available

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.
