The place's location is very good. You are on the vane which is a great area full of very cool restaurants and bars. Everything is walking. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, they keep it in very good condition. I will definitely return

Paola's accommodation is great, both the room and the private terrace with its small private pool as well, perfect for enjoying as a couple. The condominium is very nice, with a large rooftop pool, gym and security. Paola responds and attends to any query very quickly and very well. I highly recommend it

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tulum From the moment we arrived at Casa Mestiza, we were completely enchanted. This place is the perfect blend of authenticity, charm, and comfort. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Tulum, it offers a serene escape while still being close enough to explore the vibrant town and beautiful beaches. The design and decor are absolutely stunning – rustic, warm, and full of character, with thoughtful touches in every corner. You can feel the love and intention that went into creating this space. The lush garden, the refreshing pool, and the calming ambiance made it feel like a private oasis. The hosts were incredible – warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. Had an amazing stay here! Looked just like the photos, super clean, private and quiet. Check in was so smooth and the stay was so relaxing. We had some confusion with our booking and Roberto and Yajis were so helpful and accommodating. A few more markers on the dirt road leading to the house would have been helpful, but we figured it out okay. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a secluded spot that’s close enough to the beach and town.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

This place is amazing! We had lots of room for a family of 4 with 2 small children. The rooms were exactly as described in the pictures. I highly recommend staying here. Mariana provided a bunch of great recommendations, she was also very responsive and available to any questions we had. We plan to stay here in the future.

Our overall stay was great. The host and co-host were always responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The property was beautiful and spacious — perfect for a group trip. We especially appreciated the support when unexpected issues came up, as the host communicated clearly and worked to resolve things quickly. There were a few challenges during our stay, but the team handled them professionally and with care. We left with great memories and would definitely consider staying at one of their properties again. Super beautiful and would recommend.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

Ligaya's place is wonderful. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated (no need to take anything off the walls for our stay!), and the condo offers all you need: kitchen, a nice dining room, desks in the bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces. We spent evenings on the roof enjoying the sunset. The complex has two great pools. WiFi is excellent throughout. The location is good -- you can walk to a nice coffee place, and lots of restaurants in town are walkable or bikeable. However, we rented a car, which was probably crucial as it allowed us to access the beach and the town, as well as do day trips to Cobá (must do!) and Valladolid (not touristy). We had a great week and highly recommend Ligaya's place!

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Vianney’s Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and just as stunning as the photos. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for our getaway. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we spent so much time relaxing up there! Vianney was a wonderful host—super helpful and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and even connected us with a private driver, which made getting around so easy. The location was convenient with some places within walking distance, and the concierge helped us rent both a bike and an ATV on different days. The building felt very safe with 24/7 security on-site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Paul is a fantastic host and a truly caring individual. He always checked in on us and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed which is exactly why we chose it. Honestly, it ranks in our top 3 best Airbnb experiences. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! The space is cozy. you’ll feel right at home. The bed is huge 😄 I loved waking up to the morning sun streaming through the windows and enjoying my coffee while journaling on the balcony. A great, peaceful experience overall.

Mariana was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful beyond expectation! She decorated the flat beautifully for Christmas and even left presents for the kids, which made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with essentials (including toiletries and kitchen items), and located in a safe building with great amenities. The outdoor area with the pool is fantastic, and the car park felt secure, which was a huge plus. One minor detail is that the living room curtains are see-through, so privacy could be improved since it’s on the ground floor. Also, while the glass doors have temporary security measures, a more permanent fix would be great. All in all, it was a delightful stay. Thank you, Mariana, for going above and beyond—we would happily stay here again!

The place and the room is perfect if you are a couple or alone, its even more beautiful in real, than the pictures! Leonardo was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the place as well as making sure we were okay. A lot of stuff around, restaurants, coffee shop, a small grocery store AND best street food tacos two blocks away. The pool and the roof top was very nice! I recommend that place for sure !

The apartment complex is fantastic, with pool, bar, gym and spa, including security at all times and with a great location. I would totally recommend this place.
