Holiday rentals with a patio in La Veleta

Beautiful place. I loved the aesthetic.

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

The mistiq residences are a nice place to stay while in Tulum we spent most of our time at the beach or at the cenotes not much on the apartment , yet it was a comfortable and nice to stay location. The condo has an amazing bakery “La Baguette” on the main floor a great option for breakfast and a mini market where you can get basin supplies for a short stay. We did not swim at the pool yet the area is nice the pool looked clean and well maintained. Internet was reliable and fast (good for remote work) This is a nice place to stay The department was the great fit for my family we had 3 rooms enough to host a party of 5 , rooms and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained, all “white clothes” for beds were clean,

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

This place was perfect for a romantic getaway! The location was great as it close to downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts was great at accommodating our stay as they had ATV rentals available for us to get around town easier. They provided helmets and pick-up/drop-off of the ATV. Every issue we ran in to, they had a quick solution. Nice quiet area that felt safe. Would definitely recommend for an intimate space that is not too far from the party and beauty of Tulum!

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. The layout of the villa was perfect, with beautifully designed spaces for gathering and relaxing. The two structures—one housing the main living area and bedrooms, and the other offering private guest suites—provided both comfort and privacy. The pool area was a wonderful retreat, adding to the overall charm of the property. Beyond the incredible space, the communication was top tier. You were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. This was definitely a great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend Villa Xochitl to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Aldea Zama. Genevieve’s place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. Genevieve and her co-hosts were super responsive and were very helpful. We were given great local recommendations and truly had a great experience! We felt very safe and there was security guard at night who was super nice. Maintenance issues were fixed super quickly and the pools were cleaned regularly. No major issues at all! One thing to note — the roads surrounding the complex are a bit bumpy so be careful while driving. I truly recommend Genevieve’s place to anyone visiting Tulum!

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and they were always available to answer our questions.

The place was expected as shown in the photos. The place was a little secluded from the center but a 7Eleven and many good restaurants nearby. When we come back to Tulum, we will choose this place again

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved the stay here! It was peaceful, private, safe & walking distance to La Veleta street which had great restaurants & coffee shops! I also appreciated that they had their own designated parking spot, perfect for keeping my car rental safe! This is the perfect place for 2, I am happy with our stay here!

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!!
