The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie z.B. Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Supermarket (Billa) right next door. Wörthersee Plus Card included for stays of 5 nights or more!

Apartment (48m2 & 30m2 sleeping berth) is located on the 1st floor of the garden house Villetta next to Villa Hygiea.The sleeping berth impresses with exceptional views of Lake Wörthersee or they sleep in the living room by the new double box spring sofa. The living area is equipped with a kitchen, dining table, and LED TV. There is a bathroom with natural light. The kitchen convinces with oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. 2 people and 2 children.

New apartment in Dellach near Maria Wörth on the southern shore of Lake Wörth - 7 minutes drive from Velden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with large sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, but also suitable for 4 adults. The apartment has 2 underground parking spaces as well as access to the property's bathing area with beach club. Breakfast can also be booked at the adjacent hotel.

Vacation apartment 1 at the lido

This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. Furthermore, you can walk to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. A vacation completely without a car is possible. Newly added is an approx. 12 m² large room, a kind of conservatory, which makes the apartment more spacious and possibly also offers space for a third person.

Our lake apartments ranging in size from 45 m² to 100 m² all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Directly in front of it is our private beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

The apartment has 45 m2 and consists of a kitchen with dining table, a living and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with toilet. It has a terrace with a wooden table and gazebo. Our lake base on Lake Keutschacher See is in the immediate vicinity and is a 5-minute walk.
