Great little cottage in a perfect location in Friesach. We had a great stay. The kitchen is conveniently equipped and has everything you need, including dishwasher. The shower was very modern and apparently quite new. Washing machine was also available. Beds were very comfortable. A highlight was the large garden with trampoline, various play equipment, a barbecue and an outstanding view of the castle on the Petersberg. The contact with the landlady left nothing to be desired. Overall a fantastic holiday in Carinthia.

I would come back anytime! Thomas and his wife have renovated the guest house with great care and yet retained its traditional character. I already felt very comfortable with the arrival and the friendly welcome. My room was clean and equipped with all the essentials. I see the shared kitchen as a clear advantage. From the guest house, numerous activities are possible, especially by bike. In the evening it can get a bit noisy because of the railway line and the road – a shortcoming that is more than made up for by the absolute highlight: the private lake access within walking distance with trees, seating, lawn and beach house!

Very nice place with great equipped kitchen. Very quiet and a perfect place to relax for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The nearest shopping is about 30 minutes by car. In the village, there is an inn and the possibility to order pizza. It takes 1 hour to get to Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. Hiking trails go directly from the front door.

Cottage is centrally located for excursions and good connection from the highway. Large garden and quiet living environment. Julia was always very quick in responding.
