Holiday rentals with a patio in Klagenfurt-Land District

Well furnished apartment, good location, Alex was very accommodating and gave good tips.

We were only Karin's guests for 4 nights, but the experience was very positive. The apartment is large and equipped with any accessory you may need, except the washing machine (which was indicated as absent, so no surprise) but if there had been one, it would have allowed me to classify it as the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Karin is very kind and helpful, she even endured my terrible German 😄 About the location, everything is relative, if you go there you know what you'll find and what you can do. Super recommended!

Very great place and perfectly equipped. Bright and spacious rooms, ideal also for families. I really liked the secluded outdoor area, a real romantic corner with covered seating. You can also use the barbecue provided. Richard invited me for coffee and cake, megalieb. Next time I come with family for a longer period of time. Thanks a bunch

Fantastic apartment. Clean, modern, comfortable. Had everything I needed

Everything was in order, the kitchen was well-equipped and the terrace was spacious. The apartment is nice and bright, we missed the couch in the living room a little bit, but we were aware of that when we booked. The location is very good, 20 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the center of Klagenfurt. There is no air conditioner, but we didn't need it in the spring period! There is also a private parking lot for the apartment where you can park for free. I recommend this stay!

The hosts were nice and flexible. The location is great, near the Slovenian border. You can visit bled, it’s one hour away by car. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. You can use the little terrace for your meals.

Very nice appartment. 5min Walk to a couple of grocery shops.

We loved our stay in Reifnitz. The Airbnb was perfect for us as a base to explore the beautiful Wörthersee and for Jadon to do the Ironman in Klagenfurt. We loved the garden and outdoor furniture. Airbnb was just like the photos, very clean and close to Billa supermarket and lovely playground just over the road. Andrea was great to deal with and super helpful.

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

the women's room is very special, a place to arrive and easy to be. The surroundings are so beautiful and quiet, a direct view of the mountains, Lake Wörthersee and a cow pasture. You feel right at home in the room and I enjoyed spending time in this little heaven on earth. Ingrid is an incredibly warm, caring and open person. I really felt completely cared for. My personal highlight: a warm outdoor shower overlooking mountains, lake and cows! Gorgeous. and my recommendation for hot days: the three lakes hiking route is just the right thing to do. I will definitely come again!

House is amazing. The kids wanted to move in right away 🙂 It is quiet, integrated into the small town of Kappl in the beautiful Rosental. The communication and the check-in/out process were very straightforward and pleasant…..We will come back☀️🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s place. The apartment is amazing and surrounded by a beautiful nature. Irene has been very kind and always helpful with local tips during our stay, we will surely come back!

Really great place and very beautiful house. Renate is a very kind and helpful host, she received us with some vegetables and some food and was always there to help us.

We stayed at Silvios Lodge for 3 nights at the Pyramidenkogel and were thrilled from the first moment. The location is fantastic, with views of the lake and juicy green nature as far as the eye can see. The rooms are very cozy and stylishly decorated and were very clean. There is everything you need in the apartments. The terrace is cozy with two loungers and behind the lodge you have your own beautiful well-kept meadow. A short hike of about 30 minutes up to the lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is highly recommended! Silvio was very personable, helpful and always easily accessible. The location was perfect as you were in Velden in 18 minutes and about 22 minutes in Klagenfurt to do something. A "secret tip" is Gerti's Strandbad in Keutschach, which is 3 minutes from the property by car. We will definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

Super nice house on the edge of the forest, super clean and cozy. Quick replies to messages. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, definitely invites you to stay longer. Gladly again!

A stylish old house with lots of history! Very nice well-kept garden. It is really absolutely quiet there! Great starting point for those who prefer to stay away from the tourist crowds. A very hospitable old lodger who takes care of everything.

Great accommodation. Inside, everything was newly done. Communication with the landlord was smooth and very fast. However, it would be good if you arrive by car or similar, as we have not seen any public transport at the accommodation. But the next train station is already about 2 km away and then also the beautiful lake.

We had a great stay in a great place ! Rooms are clean , well-maintained, and ready for Tip top ! Good communication with your host . Beautiful neighborhood , big garden, which was a plus for children . Great place to relax . Recommended !

It was just perfect stay, i felt home right away. Slept like a baby first night, which I never do. Modern appartment, tastefully set up...as said. Perfect.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The apartment has a certain something. Not standard and very lovingly furnished. We would have moved in ;). We'd love to come back. Barbara was very friendly. The apartment is within walking distance to the water with several swimming options, shopping can be done around the corner and good different restaurants are also quickly within walking distance.

The accommodation was perfect, a sophisticated environment, a wonderful view. We found everything we needed. We will definitely come back in the future!
