Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

Absolutely incredible place! What a fairytale. You are quite literally above the clouds! The house is set up in such a beautiful way- with every part having its own unique view of the valley. The hosts were so helpful and responsive to our needs! Would love to stay here again ❤️❤️❤️

It was a great stay. The presence of sauna in the stay was a pleasant surprise. There are beautiful Mountain views just 5 minutes walk from the stay. The added price for linen and towels were the main downside, but we had an amazing stay still and would recommend this place for a big group.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spacious, filled with natural light, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The sauna was a bonus that made our stay even more relaxing.

The place is very nice and comfy. Just like the sauna area, which allows various sauna variants on request. A holiday here is therefore perfect to relax. At the same time, the area also offers many opportunities for excursions. The hosts who live in the apartment downstairs are familiar with this and can recommend beautiful places or also offer a shared mountain hike and at the same time share a lot of interesting information about Carinthia. In general, they are super nice, always helpful and have contributed a large part to the beautiful vacation. :)

We found the accommodation to be a perfect size with a beautiful view and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything we needed, we would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful apartment for family of 5. A lot of space, nice deck outside. Close to the village with baker, supermarkets and restaurants.

Great atmospheric stay in a beautiful location! Close to the slopes. You can reach the parking lot of the Brunnachbahn in 2 minutes. You can enjoy skiing and snowboarding, cozy huts on the mountain, where you can have a delicious lunch. We were with the family (2 daughters aged 15 and 17 ) and the dog. Also plenty of places where the dog could walk freely. Highly recommended!

Large apartment on the ground floor, very clean. Pros: Excellent matress of the bed - seldom slept so good! Two toilets - one in bathroom, one separate toilet. Bathroom with a bath tub instead of a shower Large living room Cons: I missed an oven tube for baking pizza. - 4 hotplates for cooking were available.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. We booked the accommodation because we were in Klagenfurt for a concert. The stadium was within walking distance from there. The apartment was nice and everything was as described. Julian was very nice and took good care of us.

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, a sink and a toilet. We were also very pleased that dogs are allowed - so we could take our four-legged friends with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes into nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the whirlpool (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

Extremely beautiful cottage! The furniture and the equipment in the kitchen were great. We cooked every day ourselves, everything you need was available. I highly recommend it!

Very cozy house in the very quiet, rather remote Flattnitz. We had a wonderful week in the snowy, small ski resort. It was a bit of a shame that only the one drag lift was open. The chairlift was closed for the first time this season, which is why we switched to other nearby ski resorts such as Kreischberg (highly recommended) and Turracher Höhe. A great highlight of the house is the sauna, which we used almost daily after skiing. Even different sauna infusion variants were available on site! Great! You can heat the house well with the existing radiators. We actually always preferred the tiled stove in the cozy living room. Very cozy 😊 Sufficient wood was also available free of charge. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Haus Lisl. Thanks for your hospitality, dear Elisabeth 😍

We all liked the house and the very large garden right away. A tastefully furnished house with a mix of modern and original style. Large and bright rooms, very nice and attractively landscaped garden. The terrace and balcony upstairs with the great view - just for relaxing and unwinding. The stream next to the property and just everything made our stay really complete. We are more than happy to recommend. Michael was always available and everything went perfectly and smoothly. Beautiful quiet place. Heidi-Alm ski slopes are about 2 minutes by car. An ideal resort for small children. The chalet is fully equipped, everything was set up, we didn't miss anything. We loved our vacation and would love to come back for a summer vacation. Christine is a great host. We can only recommend to everyone and thank Christine very much for the beautiful winter break.

A fantastic retreat surrounded by nature! The chalet is furnished with a lot of love for detail and exudes a wonderfully cozy atmosphere – we immediately felt comfortable. The sauna with the fantastic view is the perfect place to relax and was our highlight. We highly recommend the regional Carinthian noodles, which can be ordered directly from Teresa. The smoked trout is just as delicious! Despite rainy weather, we were able to slow down wonderfully, or because of it. The view of the foggy mountains was breathtaking. Teresa is a warm host – we will definitely be back! ❤️

The house has a secluded location and you have a sensational view from the terrace. Due to a large awning, you can also enjoy lingering there on sunny days. The kitchen and living area is open, inviting, should the weather not make it possible to stay outside. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of dishes and cutlery, and we were happy to be able to use the washing machine. All in all, a relaxed, quiet week in the beautiful house of Annelies.
