During your vacation, slow down a bit compared to your everyday life and immerse yourself in mountain living amidst unspoiled nature. Take the time to yourself and make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the building.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.
