Holiday rentals with beach access in Klagenfurt-Land District

Absolutely amazing! The apartman was beautiful and clean, and the garden is a dream. They were really friendly and helpful, the communication was easy. This was our first time here, but surely not the last!

In summary, a great place to stay! The apartment is super tidy and very modern. The host is totally accommodating, reliable and nice. The property is very centrally located in the Wörthersee area and other lakes and cities can also be easily reached within a radius of 30 minutes by car. The apartment itself is totally nicely furnished and all the little things for daily use can be found. What I liked most about the apartment is the layout of the rooms and especially the terrace. In the morning where it was still pleasant outside, we always had breakfast there 🥞 The hostess, Nina, is accommodating and totally nice. Upon request for a crib for our little daughter, she provided us with a travel gate - thank you again! Price-performance, the accommodation is a hammer (psst a small tip - book the apartment quickly before the Nina comes up with the idea of increasing the fee😉)

Beautiful apartment from which you can see directly on Lake Wörthersee! You can also walk to the lake. The facility is large, but you can easily find your way around. We really enjoyed starting the new year here!

Christoph and his mother were very friendly and very responsive. The apartment was extremely clean, corresponded to the pictures and is located in an outbuilding. It was very quiet and we could be completely for us. The sauna is in the main building and was not used by us. The washing machine is not in the apartment. We were able to drop off the laundry and got you back washed. Very good restaurants and a supermarket were within walking distance. Parking spaces were more than sufficiently available on the property. The entire property and the private estate is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable. The train station is also a few minutes away on foot. With the Wörthersee Pluscard, we were able to take the S-Bahn for free. We were happy to use this opportunity to drive to Klagenfurt and Velden and we were able to leave the car. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

we had a fantastic stay. Sandra was extremely friendly and very flexible with our check in times. we felt right at home and the apartment was perfect for what we needed and access to the lake was stunning. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.thank you!

We had the apartment at the top, the view was great, it couldn't be better at Lake Wörthersee, the apartment was extremely clean, everything was top, big TV, great little kitchen, bathroom top and super clean, the beds were super comfortable we slept very well, environment very quiet. Bathing jetty right in front of the house, the jump into Lake Wörthersee is fantastic with crystal clear water, Markus the landlord is super likeable a better landlord is not available. The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

We were 6 friends staying at Magdalena's for the Ironman. Everything was perfect: size of the accommodation, available host, swimming access in the lake, beautiful landscapes, proximity to Klagenfurt. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here with the family. The place was comfortable and perfect for 10 people. It was clean, organised and there was everything we needed for our weekend trip. Karin communicated with us through the whole trip and she was super helpful and kind when we needed help. Thank you!

Beautiful large and clean accommodation ☺️ very quiet. Ideal for hikes, swimming, bike tours, etc. By car, you can also get to Lake Wörthersee quickly - so plenty of activities all around. We enjoyed it very much.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is superbly equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

We stopped by Vladimir's place. We found a brand new apartment, very clean, with good bedding and everything you need to stay at 5. We highly recommend this place near the lake and lots of facilities (shops, restaurants...).

We were personally greeted by the owners who live on upper floor. Everything was exceptionally clean and cozy. This apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. The owners were available at all times and we felt very welcome.

The apartment is in a great location, 200 metres from the beach but still very quiet.The terrace with a view of Lake Wörthersee and the Jubiläumswarte is a special highlight.The apartment is also fully equipped. In addition to all kinds of cosmetics in the bathroom and supplies such as spices, oils, sugar, etc. in the kitchen, there is also a small library and games, CDs, DVDs... The three bicycles were a perfect means of transport for breakfast shopping and trips around the lake. After one flat tire, the affected bike was repaired within 24 hours thanks to Gabriele; she was also always available and very helpful.I won't praise the apartment any more because otherwise it might be fully booked next year - after all, we want to go back there! ;-)

The accommodation was perfect, a sophisticated environment, a wonderful view. We found everything we needed. We will definitely come back in the future!
