It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Im Sommer findet man Abkühlung in den kühlen Räumen des 750 Jahre alten Gebäudes oder ist in wenigen Minuten am Wörthersee od in den Bergen, im Winter im Schigebiet. Ländlich gelegen und doch an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz von Klagenfurt angeknüpft genießt man hier einen besonderen Aufenthalt inmitten von Kärnten.

The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.

"The Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees is a unique swimming lake. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special holiday experience is guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and has been lovingly furnished.

The house is directly located at the river and within 10 minutes you are right at the lake. Next to the house is the restaurant / bar 151, which is known for its cocktails and excellent cuisine. The Maria Loretto restaurant can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. From there you can enjoy a dreamy view of the lake and the Karawanken with delicious drinks.
