House holiday rentals in Kissimmee

It was clean, well appointed, easy to access, had kitchen appliances we needed and it was easy to communicate with them. I really liked that they didn’t have the typical burdensome manual but instead answered every question we had and very quickly within minutes. I also liked that we could adjust the temperature ourselves and that we could bring our two pups. I will most likely stay at this same property in the future!

The house is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The game room was fun but there isn’t any games you can play on the Nintendo or xbox unless you download them I guess and you can’t even put your games into the switch because it is locked up. Also, there was an air hockey table with no puck to play on it. Not a big deal but the kids were very excited for the game room. Regardless my kids still had fun in there and the pool area was very nice. Wasn’t far from the Disney parks so that was great. This community gets very busy with people renting the houses during the weekend. We heard people partying late at night and the roads had cars parked all along both sides so it was hard to get through the neighborhood during the weekend but come Monday it totally cleared out. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need… Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had a great time staying here, the kids played in the pool daily.. be sure to read the description well, we were unaware until later that we needed to pay extra to have the pool heated and it was a minimum of 2 days with 48 hours notice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, pots and pans, there are not spices available so you’ll want to bring your own. There is a coffee pot available. We had groceries delivered for our arrival, the only thing we were unsure of whether it was a coffee pot or a keurig.. which could be helpful to know ahead of time. We asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs, we arrived to only one set and messaged the host.. they quickly responded and sent someone over in a timely manner with a second set. We also utilized the pool at the resort, unfortunately when we got there the splash pad was out of commission for the day, but the kids still played in the pool and we were able to order a drink at the bar. Overall we had a nice time!!

Luis was a amazing host his response time was very quick. I would recommend his davenport place to anyone, It was our first time here and he made our dreams come true with the airbnb. It was exactly like the pictures and provided lots of things for us including towels, utensils, etc.

My family will be bragging about this home and how much fun everyone had for years to come. We had a fantastic time. My family was in town for my son's graduation and needed a space large enough for 13 people. This home exceeded their expectations. If we had any questions or concerns, they were very responsive. The thing that stood out the most to me was how peaceful the neighborhood is. I have no complaints. I would definitely return in the future.

Great place and came as advertised. Really good location from airport and to Disney. The pool was awesome and was perfect for that mid-day break from the parks and the place was close enough that we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything as it didn't take much time to commute back and forth. Highly recommend!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! It’s super convenient if you’re visiting the Disney parks daily. We were able to go in the morning, come home and relax and go back out in the evening. My kids loved the private pool and the game room. All in all, this is the perfect house for a family if you’re here to visit Disney! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We didn’t get to use the community amenities, but it has a very nice pool, gym and restaurant. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and host was very accommodating. We ran into issues with the pool/jacuzzi but thankfully our host was responsive and fixed it right away.

Just finished up my stay here. It was even better than my expectations. The pool was clean and deeper than I thought it would be. The home was spotless and felt very cozy! Host was very helpful, responsive and welcoming! 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Brandon and Michelle’s place was truly the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. This was a big family vacation with extended family so there were twelve of us in total. With 7 adults and 5 kids two being 5 and under this place was the epitome of perfection. Every room was themed with a different disney movie or character and the attention to detail was beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined. The playrooms were perfect for the children and they couldn’t stop playing. The pool and all the amenities that this house had to offer was truly a dream. I also wanted to point out the safety measures with this house having a pool connected. There is a pool alarm so anytime the door was open to the pool you had to press the button or it would go off which is wonderful for small children. Brandon and Michelle are wonderful hosts who are extremely responsive! I could go on and on about this air bnb but if you are looking for a air bnb that is family friendly and close to Disney you must stay here

The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out, clean, spacious, and the view by the pool is so relaxing. Kevin was amazing. He was very accommodating and quick to respond when needed. 10/10 recommend. My family loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay in Paradise Palms. The house was gigantic! Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The house was well equipped with towels and cleaning supplies. We had so much fun in the game room playing air hockey! Jomar was always available to answer our questions. It was a perfect girls getaway.

The home was exactly as described with no problems at check in/out or during our stay. Host was available as needed. I will definitely be rebooking this home for a stay.

The house was easy to find and it was in a very safe neighborhood .. As soon as we walked in, the house was very clean and smelled terrific . The pictures dont do justice! We were instantly impressed..All was in order and special attention to detail was made all over the house. I even found special towels for makeup removal. :) The rules and instructions were clear and simple and easy to follow. There was no confusion. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need . Linens and we're fresh and clean. . they even provided laundry detergent and softener sheets. Most family friendly attractions and stores like Walmart and fast food restaurants were minutes away .Karel and Olga were most generous and always responded quickly. Our stay was marvelous and my family enjoyed it so much. We would definitely come back !

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

We didn’t know the gem we were getting h til we walked into this beautiful home. My heart was immediately relieved to see how organized, clean and home like this space was. Our kids were comfortable, my MIL was at ease, it was a great location to get around. My MILK insisted we needed a vacation home of our own, just like this villa. If ever we need to come back to Orlando, we would choose this place again and again.

We had a very good stay of several days in the accommodation. The location is ideal for getting to the various parks. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and matched the description, it was great.

Fanciest place I have ever stayed in. Good proximity to disney. Loved having our own pool. House was absolutely beautiful especially the bathrooms. Loved the nespresso and she provided some pods!! Very responsive and wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. Everything was so comfortable—we truly felt right at home!

The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. I had a wonderful time reconnecting with my adult children after a long time. Having a Walmart nearby made it easy to pick up anything we needed. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the kitchenware, bed linens, and towels were all fully stocked. Communication with the host, Adrian, and the management office was smooth and responsive. Everything was well-prepared for a pleasant stay.
